Можеше но не го направи рецепциониста не чува.
Pros:

Хигиената в хотела е на високо ниво, както винаги. . Локацията е много удобна – на 5 минути от Колхозния пазар и много магазини, на 10 минути от центъра и на 15-20 минути пеша от Гранд Мол и Автогарата. Плажът е на около 30 минути разстояние.

Cons:

Като Ваш дългогодишен гост и потребител с ниво 3 в Booking, този път останах крайно разочарована. Въпреки че изрично обясних, че съм с ограничена подвижност, рецепционистът не обърна никакво внимание на думите ми и ме настани на 3-ти етаж. Считам за недопустимо служител на рецепция да не изслушва нуждите на клиентите си.
Стаята беше изключително тясна, с две легла, които правеха движението невъзможно, и само един контакт далеч от леглото. Освен това, въпреки статуса ми, не получих полагащата ми се безплатна закуска. Надявам се персоналът да бъде по-внимателен в бъдеще, за да не се повтарят подобни ситуации.

Като Ваш лоялен клиент и потребител с ниво 3 в Booking, останах силно разочарована от последното си настаняване. Въпреки че подчертах, че съм с ограничена подвижност, бях качена на 3-ти етаж. Стаята беше твърде малка, с две легла, които правеха движението почти невъзможно, с много малък телевизор без програми и само един контакт, далеч от леглото.
​Освен това, въпреки че статусът ми в Booking ми дава право на безплатна закуска, такава не ми беше предоставена. За първи път се сблъсквам с подобно пренебрежение към нуждите и правата ми в този хотел.
Надявам се на по-професионално отношение при следващо посещение.

Quite, silence, Easy, Cheap and Strange place.
Pros:

Hotel not far to Varna beach, there is a advantage for the location.
Small and tiny place, the street and arround is quite and there was no noise problem.
This is one of the price performance place.

Cons:

There is no car park. If you come with car it's almost impossible to park arround and even if you find emthy parking spot you can't stay there more than 3 hours, you have to move your car, otherwise you will get penalty. Stupid system.
Owner of the Hotel is too much money oriented person, they love money a lot and becouse of this some times they don't care about customer satisfaction.
