The staff were very friendly and professional. During my two-night stay, I interacted with five different receptionists, which was quite interesting. Despite the number of staff members, each of them was welcoming, smiled genuinely, and treated me with courtesy and respect throughout my stay.

Cons:

Before my visit, I read some unusual and concerning reviews on Google, which made me feel uneasy. As a result, I was extra cautious during my stay — I made sure to lock the door properly and even placed a chair against it for additional peace of mind. There were some strange noises at times, but fortunately, everything turned out fine.

The room I stayed in is in need of renovation. There were not enough power outlets, and the ones available were difficult to access.

Уютна стая. Климатикът бързо я стопли. Има сешоар, Пак ще го посетя. Цената на нощувката беше изгодна за мен. Управителят е искрено загрижен за приятният престой на гостите!

Cons:

Дежурният администратор от дневната не реагираше веднага на проблема с интернета, за който му споменах! Наложи се да му напомня по-късно.
Леглото беше малко късо за моят ръст. Спах по диагонал.
