Everything in theory! First I got there and then the a/c didn’t work. Straight away they offered me a new room, AFTER viewing it first. The staff were lovely, the food excelled the star railing and it was all very good….. except for….

Cons:

This must be the 3rd or 4th hotel that was ‘booked’ out for a wedding in India that I’ve visited. I picked this hotel because after a long day out in the heat, I wanted to be able to jump into a swimming pool and this is the EXACT reason why I picked it. This is a Common occurrence in India and to spoil my 3 days means I have to mark it down in score. There should be a common rule that is exclusive to hotels that if a wedding inhibits your stay then a reimbursing should be available to appease all parties. It would be my suggestion (please note Booking.com) that the least financially costly to the hotel and possibly, the most satisfactory outcome to the customer would be free meals.
I couldn’t go into the pool, not once over my 3 night stay but their menu was both excellent in selection and taste so as a person who understands realities, you must take the wedding booking when available to survive, then surely a small cost for a meal to avoid the publicity is worth the negative feedback…….?

Очень чистый номер, постельное белье и полотенца! Отель очень приятный во всех отношениях: персонал, локация, чистота и еда. Особенно поразила еда! Приготовили, как и обещали за 20 минут, не острую курицу! Мясо было свежее, сочное, очень вкусно! Обслуживание на высоте! Спасибо персоналу! На завтрак заказали масла омлет, тоже вкусно, с овощами, но без перца чили, все как мы любим! Идли были свежайшие и тесто хорошо побродило для них! Рекомендую отель на 10 из 5!

Pros:

The breakfast and food was really good, service and staff very nice and professional and location was perfect, super close to the Taj Mahal.

The room is big and the bathroom + shower are very nice.

Cons:

The swimming pool is very nice, but could be cleaner and the toilets don't have a door for some reason... I would also put more chairs.

Smart tv doesn't work.
