The room was ok for our 2 night stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff but not a lot going on at the hotel as there's only one small seat in the small entrance foyer. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Great location for us.

Cons:

No towels in our room upon check-in. Went back to the front desk to ask for these but they never arrived. Had to ask a second time (different staff member).
The air conditioning unit is very close to the bed and emits a loud noise even when not in use. It's even louder when you do turn it on and blows straight onto the bed so not very pleasant, especially for the person on that side of the bed.
The room is pretty tight for space and it was hard to find room for 2 suitcases.
The rug under the bed could do with a clean.
Disconnected the microwave due to the light coming from the display. A bit dusty and dirty back there!

Pros:

Very clean and the staff is super professional. Valet was super cool especially with the limited parking outside. Also, walking distance for food and attractions. Room was super comfortable and not too much and not too little. They have literally ALL the channels on tv (which is a nice size) unlike literally every hotel I have ever stayed. I was in King river view. Shower is “chef’s kiss” and bed is VERY comfortable.

The room was nice the staff was really nice. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast for the restaurant there. The room was comfy and cozy. So over all we had a nice stay. The only trouble we and still have is getting our receipt. The lady at front desk couldn't print it out she said then booking.com is making it difficult for me get it my receipt they are treating me like a yo yo I don't understand it but I will never book with booking.com ever again. This is ridiculous. We stayed at this lovely hotel but booking.com has made it a bad experience for me and my husband it was 29th anniversary and all I can remember is not getting my receipt and I still haven't received it. So sad.And again the hotel stay was nice and so was the staff.

Cons:

Booking.com is horrible we never use you guys again. All I need is my receipt and ya'll haven't sent it yet. Ya'll very unprofessional.

The location was fantastic - it was easy for us to walk to the places we wished to visit. Even though the website said that parking was “available”, we did not expect “valet only”, so we ended up parking at a public space a block away.

Cons:

We paid extra to have breakfast included… while the dining area was just fine, and wait staff friendly and professional … the quantity of breakfast served was quite disappointing! Or maybe you should consider downsizing your plates! Otherwise, our room was small but comfortable, clean and offered all the basics … but the AC/Heat control was very loud and prevented us from having a sound sleep.

Pros:

The women working at the bar / in the restaurant, especially Leeann Gourgues. Since this hotel does not seem to have a lot of personnel, at all, she is all over the place and being friendly all the same.
She cooks a delicious étouffée, tends the bar and gives out travel recommendations. She should get a raise and a more senior position. I would employ her anytime.

Cons:

Rooms are very small and somber, blinds and curtains do not work and were not fixed, despite my complaint. The AC is so loud, you can‘t hear yourself thinking. Remote controll doesn‘t work properly, not enough toilet paper. Carpet is filthy.
The personnel at the reception is not helping in any way with anything at all. Neither luggage, defects in the room nor car rental issues. Reasoning, that they are already doing enough as it is.
