One of the best parts about this hotel is its prime and convenient location—just 500 meters from the Sindhi Camp Bus Stand and only a two-minute drive from Hawa Mahal.

We stayed at Hotel Ruby with my wife and son, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a family stay. The food was amazing; the staff even customized a few dishes to match our taste, which made the meals feel extra special.

Lokesh bhaiya, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful. He personally guided us with local insights and shared a few secret spots that made our Jaipur trip memorable. The hotel’s central location is another big plus—most prime tourist places are within easy reach.

A comfortable stay in Jaipur thanks to Hotel Ruby. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable, the AC worked well (important in the summer heat!). The reception gave us good local tips which made our sightseeing smoother. Would stay here again.

Hotel staff behaviour was awesome, the room were aesthetic,rooms and washroom was clean, hotel room is near to station and bus stand.

Very bad experience with the staff. They are rude, angry and tried to fight with female members of the family.

Best heritage hotel in jaipur, best food, best service, best staff, best location, staff is very helpful, and very close to every monument, their Dal bati was mouth watering. Will recommend this to everyone

Pleasant stay with good ambience and staff behaviour is awesome they were very kind and I loved the food it is delicious all thanks to the head chef and their team . Loved it because it was near the station and convenient.

Hotel Ruby was a good hotel, and the stay was really pleasant. The only reason I’m deducting two stars is that the AC wasn’t working, and the ceiling fan wasn’t functioning properly—it didn’t provide sufficient airflow. Apart from that, everything else was nice.

Excellent amenities and connectivity to major tourist attractions. Had a very pleasant stay and the staff's behaviour was amicable. The highlight for me was wide number of tour packages offered by the hotel which helped me relax and not worry about itinerary.

Wonderful property at a great location. The staff is very polite and hard working. Rooms were clean and sanitized.I stayed with my daughter for 2 days. It was an amazing experience. We needed some extra pillows and towels which they provide it immediately. Food served during lunch and dinner from the menu is great and tasty. The hotel staff and reception people go all the way to help you and make you feel comfortable. We had a peaceful stay. I ll recommend it any day.
