Horrible stay! I never ever seen this kind of property such dirty place.

Pros:

When we checked in, the reception said they had to keep our passport at the counter. This made us uncomfortable. Subsequently, the staff very helpfully took our luggage up even when we insisted not to, then subsequently asked for a tip before leaving the room. When we called to enquire about the WiFi password, they were a little muffled over the phone so I asked to clarify and they put the phone down (language barrier?). We didn't even stay 30 minutes and decided to find an alternative accommodation.

Central location,helpful staff, reasonable cost
Pros:

My headline sums it up. The location is central and convenient; the staff are friendly, helpful and cooperative when any shortcoming is pointed out; and the tariff is reasonable.So I have no hesitation in recommending this to those looking for these factors.

Has gone down a bit
Pros:

Have stayed in this place a year back, was much better. Many plug points dont work, some are hanging out etc. They need to spend some money and make these repairs. The staff is good and the response is very fast.
