Nettes Frühstück am Zimmer - Mitarbeiter hat sich viel Mühe gemacht!

Rooms are fine, but basic and very old. Mattress was very thin. 10 minutes from the airport.

schoon, vriendelijk personeel & service, good value for money

very good hotel for someone who wishes to catch a flight. Very nice service, very friendly people, very helful. only problem is with entrance slightly dosy. Very cjheap in comparison to other hotels. provided good information about nearby places.

Room was cramped and they gave us a double bed when we specified two single beds. The person in charge did not have the decency to change it. Blankets were thin and the mattress was reminiscent of cardboard more than anything else. The only upside was the friendly porter and the puri for breakfast.

Really just an overnight stop for us we arrived in Colcutta late in the evening with young children and set off early hours of the morning for a flight to Kerala

１．ホットシャワーと書いてあるが、お湯は最初の1分だけ、あとは全く出ない（夜も、朝も）。
２．友人が夜中着だったので、空港送迎はホテルで頼むと450RS、高いと思いながらも頼むと外のタクシーの方が安い、ホテルの従業員がアレンジしてくれるから、と言われる。面倒くさそうだったのでそれをお願いしたら、結果的に750RSと言われた。最後にもめたらお金はもういいよ、という感じになった。結果的に600RS払ってあげた（大雨の中タクシー探しに行ってくれた労力を加味してあげた）
３．ルームサービスは電話を何度しても誰も出ない。ホテル周辺にレストランがないので食事に困る。
何とか探して屋台のチキンロールを食べたが、運の悪いことに強烈な下痢になってしまった。
・・・ということで、部屋は快適でエアコンもバッチリ、テレビもあったにもかかわらず、総合評価は２です。お勧めはできません。ちなみにここから街中（パークストリート）までは200RS弱かかりました。

well suited for transit passengers. Close to airport.

Good location, helpful staff, not dirty, bit noisy (beside a busy road).

This hotel looks like a hole in the wall, but it's close to the airport. that's its only attraction. You should be able to do better, but we haven't found a good low cost hotel close to dum dum airport.

The hotel offers pickup and drop facility to the airport and it is good. They also changed the room when we complained about the hot water and fan.
Balcony is there for every room but it is so dusty that it cannot be used. Also very close to other residences.
Overall it is a low budget hotel so looks like one cannot expect much. The grievance is that they could have given us a better room in the first place itself since we booked it some months earlier rather than giving a sub-standard room and then changing it on complaining.

For the price this is a really good deal-You can pay 3 times as much & not get much more value than staying in this hotel. It doesn't look pretty from the outside, & is showing it's age on the inside, but It's within 5km to the airport, the staff where helpful, the room & sheets were clean and both the air conditioner & TV worked! Breakfast was on time & as specified. Ideal for a late overnighter.

Well its proximity to the Airport and the location are an advantage. Food is not great.The hotel staff were good.
