Relaxing.
Pros:

Overall quietness and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was excellent and not overbearing. Everything was 10/10.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was the fact that since we live in a 50 miles radius, we had to pay an additional $200.00 security deposit. The fee still has not been returned to our account. We weren't made aware of that before hand and it definitely would have helped us be more prepared. We had to change weekend plans because of the additional hold.

I came to Alexandria for work and was tired when my day was complete. It was quiet! Perfect.
Pros:

Amazing service with ice cold air conditioning in the rooms!
Pros:

The entire staff is amazing!! So polite and helpful with an amazing attitude!! The air conditioning is ice cold as well which is a huge plus.. I have stayed at all surrounding hotels and this one is exceptional!! I wont lodge anywhere else when Im visiting Alexandria 😉

The facility needs updating and repairs in some aspects.
Pros:

The staff member that served us breakfast was exceptional. She answered all of our questions and was very willing to assist with any extra requests. Also, the staff members at the check in/out desk very helpful as well. Location was convenient for dining choices and getting back on the road for travel.

Cons:

The physical condition of the facility was not up to Marriott standards. Front door was loud, seemed to be off the hinges. The thermostat in the room was not functional, could not read digital temp., either on or off. The tub drain cover seemed to be broken, in two pieces.

Pros:

You would think for paying $185.00 for a nights stay you could get a free cup of coffee in the morning. Having to pay extra for breakfast takes it over $200! Not worth it. Sorry.

Pros:

One of the best experiences that I have ever had at a hotel. The girl that checked us in and out was awesome. Very friendly and very helpful. Also, the girl that took our order for breakfast was really sweet and nice. She took good care of us - it's been a while since I've seen good service like that. If we ever make a trip back to Alexandria, we will for sure be staying here again.

Too expensive for the quality of stay.

The bathrooms should be upgraded. The tub was horrible. Also, I had to ask for my room to be cleaned.
