La ubicación es ideal para disfrutar de playa del Carmen, uno de los chicos de la recepción es muy amable lamentablemente no le pedí su nombre pero en mi estancia estaba por la tarde.

Cons:

Ponen que incluye desayuno, pero no le llamaría desayuno ni en broma solo es café con pan de caja y algunas frutas, la cantidad que ponen es muy poco, puede que no alcances nada y obviamente eso no te llena en lo absoluto.
Nos cobraron de más pero no sé si eso sea del hotel o más bien culpa de booking que no fue claro.
No hay agua caliente
El hotel solo tiene sabanas en las camas, pasas mucho frío por el aire acondicionado o mucho calor si lo apagas.
El internet es pésimo
Solo te cambian los blancos cada 3 días
Ellos me escribieron por Whatsapp para confirmar mi estancia y pedí que si nos podían permitir hacer el check in a la 1pm me dijeron que si, llegando allá no me dejaron hacerlo dijeron que desconocían porque me habían dicho que si, solo me ofrecieron dejarnos cambiar en una recamara y dejar ahí las maletas y volver a las 3pm.

Breakfast was very poor and some of the food was spoiled. On top of that, there was no hot water in the shower and the lighting in the room was malfunctioning.
