This is an overall nice hotel in a convenient location. Basic rooms, you have to give a deposit for blankets. Only 1 block from the beach and directly across from Coco Bongo. People are loud ALL NIGHT out on the street. I just put on white noise to sleep. Staff was very nice and they had private security at night

El hotel estaba limpio. Esta céntrico.
En la habitación no había agua caliente, la cama estaba un poco dura.
El hotel está en buena ubicación, sin embargo el ruido de los clubs nocturnos se escuchaba hasta la habitación.

En realidad es un lugar bueno para el costo, con respecto a la habitación todo bien, en las áreas comunes si se percibía un olor como a coladera, otro aspecto importante es que no hay personal en l recepción.

Me dirijo a usted para expresar mi extrema insatisfacción con mi reciente estadía en su hotel. Hubo una serie de inconvenientes que impactaron negativamente mi experiencia:

* La falta de servicio de recepción y de desayuno fue muy inconveniente.
* Mi habitación no contaba con las toallas necesarias.
* Tuve que ir a otro hotel para solicitar una plancha, lo cual es inaceptable.
* La falta de estacionamiento fue un problema adicional.
* Las instalaciones estaban sucias, lo cual es inaceptable para un hotel.

Espero que tome en cuenta mis comentarios y realice las mejoras necesarias para garantizar una mejor experiencia a los futuros huéspedes.
