Excellent, comfortable hotel with a super spa, small touches could be improved upon so that it may reflect its 4 star st
Pros:

The chalet was spacious and very comfortable. The spa was a wonderful facility - perfect after a day on the slopes. We thought it was good value for money and the location was good with great ski storage and ski-in ski-out capability. A super bakery in front where you could buy fresh baguette and croissant every day, or have it delivered to your chalet.

Cons:

Even though it is 4 star accommodation, we were given 1 toilet roll for a week for 4 people (potentially 6 as our chalet slept 6). You are expected to buy your own which is expensive in resort but also just seems ludicrous for 4 star accommodation.
I booked a two bedroom two bathroom
Chalet deliberately so as my family could all have good, private facilities (we have two teens). There was only one toilet.

Excellent location, great facilities
Pros:

Great location, genuinely ski in ski out. Comfortable, spacious, really well stocked kitchen. Pool was a real treat after the slopes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

As others have mentioned, the wifi could be better.

Overall we really enjoyed it. Fabulous location, good facilities and helpful staff, but sorting the WiFi would make it
Pros:

Perfect location for ski in ski out.
Apartment well stocked with kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, good size rooms ( but see below).
Great spa facilities.
Helpful staff.
Very close to great supermarket, Boulangerie, and a short walk to centre, just perfect.

Cons:

Second bedroom was in eaves, which meant for one of the single beds, you couldn’t stand up properly to get in or out of bed, annoying, and no window you could open ( skylight but covered in snow).
Very poor WiFi, not good enough for number of guests, often unable to get it.
Not all the radiators worked efficiently so cold at times. To be fair we didn’t report this, so didn’t give them chance to remedy.

Une superbe résidence bien équipée
Pros:

Très belle résidence, avec appartement bien équipé, très propre. Personnel accueillant. Le qualité du Wifi est aléatoire et on subit de nombreuses déconnexions en "heure de pointe" (après le ski et en soirée surtout).
La partie piscine-hammam-jakuzi-sauna est agréable, mais pas surveillée, ce qui a pour conséquence que des enfants envahissent parfois les espaces réservés aux plus de 16 ans.
