Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mansfield

The room was not very clean. We found black hairs on the bed and I. The bathroom. The floors were dirty. The hotel was VERY noisy. We could hear a lot of traffic noise from the highway, this hotel sits very very close to the highway. Another room next door had their TV on loudly the entire night and we barely slept. We had to end up going to Walmart nearby and buying a sound machine to drown out the noises. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The service was great! We made a mistake with our booking and they helped us fixing everything.

Clean nice room. Friendly staff.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful to us. My wife requested another pillow for our bed, and the receptionist quickly and amenably complied.

Beware! The host double charged me for the stay plus the $50 hold but she couldn't undo the charge until I checked out. Then when I checked out the wrong amount was refunded in my account and then taken out, only to be refunded the correct amount.

There were plenty of breakfast options.
The workout area clean. The treadmill didnt work so I used the elliptical machine.

I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I did have a bit of trouble checking in but it was taken care of quickly.

Great stay, kids loved it. Small, but clean and nice pool!

My only issue was the singinng shower head. Everything else was perfect.

Very much enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Quiet, considering how close it is to Rt 15. Very comfy bed and pillows--slept very well.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. We reslly dnjoyed our stay. The room was super clean and smelled good.

Our experience at the Microtel was fine except the breakfast options not up to our expectations.

Poor breakfast options

It was clean enough but it’s a little older still. Like maybe they did an update on surface level stuff but not an actual renovation. 3rd floor room by the elevator was pretty loud, you could hear everyone get on and off the elevator. Room walls are thin too and highway noise was pretty loud when trucks came by. Also, the mattress springs squeak every time you move at night. Front desk staff were kind. Would probably stay again because it was $60 cheaper than Hampton Inn and it was only one night.

We stay at this hotel often because it’s close to the college. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Clean, convenient, comfortable, and affordable. Just lots of noise from highway vehicles going close by room.

Comfortable stay! Nice rooms that seem like they have been recently updated, with a little more minimalist feel (no closets or drawers, small amount of counter/sink space). Still has all the basic amenities like fridge, microwave, lots of towels, and despite some other reviews…yes there was a hairdryer. Staff was very nice too.

Very nice 1 night stay. The layout of the room was great! Bed was comfy. Room was dark for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast had a nice selection, but not much for those who need to be gluten free.
