It was absolutely the right choice.
Pros:

When we first checked in, a staff member kindly escorted us to our room and gave us a detailed introduction. She made me feel very special.😍

I loved how spacious the room was compared to other hotels in Europe. The bedding was spotless and incredibly comfortable.

We had a small issue with the bathtub drain at first, as the water didn’t go down properly while I was showering. However, after informing the reception the next morning, the staff took care of it immediately. By the time we returned from sightseeing later that day, everything was working perfectly. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently the team handled the situation.

Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it is nicely prepared with options like eggs, bacon, yogurt, and fresh fruit—everything you need for a satisfying start to the day.

I’ve stayed at many major chain hotels such as Marriott,Hilton, Sheraton and Hyatt ,but this hotel exceeded them in many ways. The cleanliness of the room and the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff were truly outstanding.

Cons:

Be prepared for an uphill walk from the bus stop or subway station 😂—but it’s definitely a good workout!

Pros:

The hotel was 2 blocks from Liberdade Blvd, which was very convenient for shops and restauraunts.. The beds were super comfortable, an excellent breakfast was served every morning, and they had some English speaking channels. The staff members were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The shower was big and spacious. It had non slip strips at the front of the shower, but the shower was very slick when getting out..

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum/ Finanzdistrikt. Haupteinkaufsstrassen, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie.
Das Hotel wirkt sehr professionell geführt. Zimmer/Apartement sauber, modern und mit guter Grösse, mit nur kleinen Abnützungserscheinungen. Frühstück klein, aber gut. Frühstücksraum etwas eng, insgesamt jedoch völlig in Ordnung.
Besonders positiv war der hervorragende Service. Gerne wieder.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in einer ganz wunderbaren Stadt!
Pros:

Sehr sauber, es hat überall toll geduftet, die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut. Wir haben die Dachterrasse gemocht. Der Service war super und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Die Lage war zentral und für uns perfekt.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Excellent apart hotel, excellent location, very close to squares, shopping, ocean.
Very polite staff, front door staff were very helpful and very polite.
Comfortable large rooms with big toilet/bathroom, comfortable clean rooms.
