Bra och prisvärt!
Pros:

Mycket bra läge nära kommunikationer och shopping, välutrustad lägenhet, bra ljudisolering - man hörde inget av trafiken utanför. Mycket prisvärt!

Cons:

Bäddsoffan var sned och en planka lös.

Una habitación perfecta, estilo mini departamento
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado (a una cuadra del metro y a la vuelta hay un supermercado). Además, en el piso 1 hay lavandería económica (que puedes comprar las fichas con una app) y el personal del hotel fue muy muy amable

Cons:

No hubo nada que no nos gustara, todo excelente

Overall I would recommend due to location
Pros:

Location is amazing. Very friendly staff. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable.

Cons:

Carpets in the hallway were smelly- they need to be cleaned or replaced. The smell hits you hard every time you get out of the elevator or leave the room (4th floor, unsure about other floors). Carpet inside the room also did not smell good but not as bad as in the hallway (other than that the room was very clean).
We did not had our room cleaned at all, but when we requested service we received it quickly.
No extra trash bags we could use. No soap for dish cleaning.

Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! - Ausstattung modern, schlicht, luftig! Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig!

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung nur auf Nachfrage, WLAN abends sehr langsam und insgesamt unstabil (nur an der Zimmertür guter Empfang)

Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett, Lage besonders gut. Klimaanlage war super bei fast 40 Grad Außenzemperatur, sehr ruhig bei Blick in den Innenhof.

Cons:

Das Bad war nicht sauber, Staub auf dunklen Fugen.
