Excellent stay at lovely Adina Apartments Hackescher Markt - great location and great service
Pros:

Excellent customer service from Reception on our arrival. We arrived in Berlin prior to our check-in time, but went straight to the hotel hoping for an early check in. The staff on reception checked us in early and were also able to accommodate our request for a room on the 7th floor with a city view (had seen someone recommend this floor/view on a booking.com review). The room itself was great, plenty of room, nice bathroom, kitchen area with some additional seating. We had seen some reviews around the rooms only being cleaned every few days, however we were informed of this at check-in and were told we could get in touch if we wanted it doing before then or if we needed any clean towels, which was nice. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for access to transport, sightseeing locations, food and drink but is still fairly quiet when in the room. We loved our stay at Adina Apartments in Hackescher Markt, and would happily stay again if we go back to Berlin.

Cons:

Not much to dislike about the hotel to be honest, but if i was to be really critical, the bed pillows aren't the comfiest, some of the room surfaces were a bit dusty and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. But none of the above affected our stay and wouldn't stop us staying here again.

Pros:

Un'ottima struttura collocata in una posizione davvero centrale: a piedi puoi raggiungere tranquillamente Alexanderplatz. Oltre a questo, a 2 minuti a piedi c'è la stazione della S-Bahn di Hackescher Markt, in cui passano tante linee, tra cui la S9 che ti porta direttamente all'aeroporto.
L'appartamento è grande e accogliente, con tutto ciò di cui c'è bisogno, dispone addirittura di un piano cottura. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene, e se dovessimo tornare a Berlino, sicuramente ci ritorneremmo!

Cons:

-property cant issue invoice if booking was not directly with them.
-if you want to extend your stay you cant pay by card or cash at the reception,
you need to go on any booking website and make booking there, the most stupid thing I ever had with hotels
-overpriced room, if you need urgently room you have to pay double price (200 euro p/n)

Good place but some issues should be revived.
Pros:

In the center. Close to AlexanderPlatz. Near the Hackescher Markt station. Hop On Hop Off stops are very close to hotel. Warm. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Housekeeping is problem. 3 days period is too much. No good communication while we check in. Less information given during check-in. No consider the notice regarding requested everyday cleaning the room.

Great location and a comfortable four star hotel.
Pros:

Great location close to Alexanderplatz with another train station even closer and a good supermarket around the corner. Comfortable bed and the room had a great view.

Cons:

The kitchen area lacked some cleaning supplies and housekeeping is only once every three days. The room would benefit from small areas of maintenance to scuffed furniture.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf, zeer comfortabel en fantastisch gelegen.
Pros:

Ligging dicht bij centrum, goed uitgerust appartement, zeer proper en heel vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden ook!

Cons:

Het zou handig zijn mochten er in het keukentje een paar potten en pannen meer zijn, een van elk is te weinig om te kunnen koken. Leeslampje voorzien bij de zetel.

Great location in the vibrant city of Berlin with excellent train links throughout the city and airport
Pros:

Great location just around the corner from the train station with links to every part of the city. The apartments are spacious and well equipped with crockery pots and pans and dishwasher. The hotel and apartments are super clean and the staff very efficient and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Ich bin enttäuscht über die Entwicklung dieses schönen Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut

Cons:

Keine Zimmerreinigung, die Regendusche abgebaut,Handtuchheizung funktioniert nicht.
Ich war schon häufiger in diesem Hotel die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten werden deutlich weniger. 2 Beutel Tee , keine Nepresso Maschine mehr. Ungemütliche Kopfkissen. Die Halterung für Shampoos und Duschgel billig und defekt.

Sehr schade das diese Annehmlichkeiten nicht mehr wichtig erscheinen.
