Ich bin enttäuscht über die Entwicklung dieses schönen Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut

Cons:

Keine Zimmerreinigung, die Regendusche abgebaut,Handtuchheizung funktioniert nicht.
Ich war schon häufiger in diesem Hotel die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten werden deutlich weniger. 2 Beutel Tee , keine Nepresso Maschine mehr. Ungemütliche Kopfkissen. Die Halterung für Shampoos und Duschgel billig und defekt.

Sehr schade das diese Annehmlichkeiten nicht mehr wichtig erscheinen.

Couldn't have stayed anywhere better
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the hotel gives off a great first impression. It feels quality, welcoming and spotless.

Our room request was actioned. And we had a lovely balcony offering a stunning view over the Fernsehturm. The doors and windows were exceptionally well insulated so there was next to no noise at night, despite a prime location near Alexanderplatz.

We found the beds to be comforting, the free WiFi exceptional - both in terms of speed and reliability. The room was very clean and temperature was easy to control. And it was nice to have a variety of TV channels from across the world.

The room offers everything you need for a short stay, we were just in a studio. But it was a very good size and more than comfortable for a couple.

The bathroom was spotless with plenty of storage space. The shower was fine but could be a bit unpredictable temperature wise; having a hairdryer in the room was a good touch.

The kitchen was fairly well equipped with plenty of pots and pans, a microwave, a hob, kettle and toaster. As well as a very good sized fridge that made next to no noise and a dishwasher with tablets included.

Overall we had a great stay. The views were the only real wow factor, but the whole hotel and ambience made for an enjoyable, stress free and faultless experience. Would happily return either to this hotel or another Adina location.

Cons:

We only really experienced two very minor things.

First of all the shower hose wasn't properly tightened at the base when we arrived. It was easily tightened up, but maybe something that could be checked in other rooms if this is a common issue.

Secondly, there was quite a limited amount of standard cutlery. Some more knives, forks and teaspoons would be useful. Especially when we had a dishwasher to do the cleaning up. Otherwise the room was very well equipped.

I came to Berlin to attend a funeral and the atmosphere and staff of the Adina kept me cheerful.
Pros:

My room fit all my needs and was as I booked. The location was great for restaurants and public transportation. Unfortunately for me I didn't eat breakfast during my stay. The bar and bartender were great. The staff at the front desk were very accomodating and kind.

Cons:

Germany is not known for it's super strong WiFi. I was able to use the hotel's WiFI for my Smartphone, but I was unable to use it for my Amazon Firestick to watch my televison apps. I simply used my Smartphone's hotspot to utilize my Amazon Firestick, so there were no real issues. This issue is very superficial and is the only semi negative thing I experienced.

Pros:

ארוחת בוקר מעולה: מגוונת מאוד. היו מאפים, כמה סוגי ביצים, ירקות, דייסה, גרנולה, גבינות ונקניקים, תה וקפה כמובן. היה טעים מאוד.

החדר מצוין. מרווח מאוד, עם מיטה, ספה, שולחן קפה, שולחן נוסף עם זוג כיסאות, מטבחון מצוין שכולל מקרר קטן, מיקרוגל, כיריים, סכו"ם וכלי מטבח רבים.

חדר המקלחת מרווח ונוח.

הצוות בקבלה נעים מאוד. ההגעה הייתה נוחה מאוד משדה התעופה ברכבת. מהמלון הגענו ברגל לכיכר אלכסנדרפלאץ, לאי המוזיאונים ועוד. יש כמה סופרמרקטים במרחק הליכה.

נהנינו מאוד!

Pros:

Great location with buses, trams, underground and overground trains close by. Well appointed apartment. Comfortable and clean. Good buffet breakfast to start each day. Easy S9 train direct to and from BER airport.

Rigtig godt, centralt beliggende lejlighedshotel. Vi kommer tilbage!

Perfekt beliggenhed og roligt. Gode indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. Fin service da opvaskemaskine brød sammen. Godt fitness - lokale.

Cons:

Køkkenbestik var for sparsomt, hvilket betød hyppigere opvask.
Temperatur på værelset vanskelig at regulere.
