Excelente ubicacion y amabilidad del personal
Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de los museos mas importantes de Berlin. El departamento de muy buen tamaño para 4 personas.

Cons:

No es barato, la limpieza deberia ser diaria o un dia si y otro no, no cada 3 dias. La lavadora de trastes no funcionaba, esas cosas se deben revisar cada que sale un cliente

Besonders freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns ihr privates Handyladekabel für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes geliehen. Ostergruß (Schokolade) am Frühstücksplatz und Schokohasen für Kinder.

Cons:

Waren von Donnerstag bis Sonntag dort ohne Roomservice.

Razonable, excepto la limpieza de la habitacion.
Cons:

A pesar de indicarlo por correo, nos dieron un estudio en el piso 2 y el otro en el 8. Lo arreglaron al dia siguiente.
Limpiaban la habitacion cada 3 dias; no lo ví indicado asi en ningun sitio de la web ni la documentacion enviada.

Das Frühstück war exzellent, das Personal zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer zum Innenhof absolut ruhig (wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen).
