Our stay at Los Pasos Boutique Hotel was truly special—one of those places that stays with you long after you leave.

From the very beginning, their team went above and beyond. Even before we arrived, they reached out to check on our one-night reservation during the busy Semana Santa period, which immediately put us at ease. That level of care carried through our entire stay. When we arrived, my mother and I were greeted with an unexpectedly beautiful room upgrade that made us feel instantly comfortable and cared for—such a meaningful start to a longer journey through Guatemala.

The timing couldn’t have been more magical. Semana Santa in Antigua is vibrant and unforgettable, and we loved being invited to take part in creating their alfombra—it made us feel connected to the celebration in such a personal way.

We also had a wonderful dinner the evening we arrived and a peaceful breakfast on the rooftop the next morning—both memorable in their own right. And the water circuit offered a quiet, restorative moment that felt like a little sanctuary amid the festive energy of the city.

We only stayed one night, but it left a lasting impression. Would absolutely return—and next time, for longer.

It was a birthday trip and the beauty and charming of the hotel made it so special. the excellent service of the staff m

The staff, they were extremely helpful and polite and The property was outstanding. Most importantly the room was extremely clean.

Cons:

We were four in the room and we were bumping into each other because the room was not big enough for the four of us. We asked for sleepers and never got it. There was a weeding going on and I guess that was the reason they forgot about it.

El hotel es muy bonito, el restaurante es muy bueno y las instalaciones son agradables

Cons:

No nos informaron que se está haciendo una obra civil al lado que produce mucho ruido y no permite el buen descanso. El colchón es muy blando para mí gusto

The breakfast place is very nice and my breakfast could be more varieties like the dish I order does not come with fruits. It will be great if all dishes come with a bit of fruits. Thanks.
