I love the property, have stayed there multiple times .

Cons:

The problem was that they are remodeling the hotel, so there was a lot of noise since early morning

Pésimo servicio y hotel con muy mal mantenimiento
Pros:

inicialmente me dieron una habitación demasiado pequeña y después de decir por lo menos 3 veces me dieron una habitacion buena y amplia

habitaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento no hubo agua en varias horas del dia.

Pros:

Beautifully kept hotel. Great location. Nice and clean rooms. Whole the territory is charming. Very nice thing to gift some small things to your guests for the nights they stay.

Cons:

Breakfast should be changed, that’s the weakest point. Personal was not too notch as half of the time felt tired of tourists.

Amazing high quality hotel
Pros:

Amazing clean rooms, great common spaces and courtyard, very good food and location. Had a great massage too.

Cons:

All the staff was amazing except for the women who worked the night shift a few times when we were there. She wasn’t pleasant or helpful.

My stay was pleasant.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast is average and the room was very humid - there was no smell but my bed seemed to be a bit wet because of the humidity.

This is not the hotel’s fault but worth knowing: the hotel is near a church and church’s in Antigua deploy fireworks at any given time so it’s hard to relax. If you wanna take a nap at 3pm, you might be woken up by the sound of fireworks. But also you can expect them late at night (midnight even)

Amazing, romantic spa stay in beautiful Antigua
Pros:

This place was a dream. The property was large, lush, and elegant. The room was also big and it had a direct view of the Fuego volcano. Also the bathroom had an enormous shower with two shower heads and it filtered in light from above. Gorgeous tiles and every piece was perfectly placed.

Cons:

Pretty happy with this stay. A little pricy overall. The spa experience could have been a bit longer for the price. Also, the staff were mostly helpful and friendly but once or twice we got someone not super warm and friendly.

Gorgeous and peaceful stay!
Pros:

It was a beautiful spot and the staff was amazing! Very comfortable beds and wonderful hot showers with all the amenities. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Felt very safe and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

It wasn’t as walkable to all the things and the city center. It wasn’t too far, but far enough to not enjoy an evening walk home after dinner. But if you’re okay with being a little further from things, then this is perfect. As a solo female traveler I like to be a bit more walkable to the things I like to do.
