Incredibly beautiful and best all around
Pros:

Amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

I love everything about the place so beautiful and cute!

Cons:

The breakfast place is very nice and my breakfast could be more varieties like the dish I order does not come with fruits. It will be great if all dishes come with a bit of fruits. Thanks.

Comfortable stay with great service
Pros:

We liked that it had breakfast included. The keys with key chain was big so being able to leave them with front desk when we go out was nice. I asked for Iron which was not good so I told the staff and they got me a new one, fast service they did not ask for iron back so I got to keep it for our whole stay. Breakfast is delicious and service was very good.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have mini fridge in the room.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones y la comodidad en la habitación. Todo muy bien cuidado y super limpio.

Cons:

Se escuchaba mucho ruido por la noche. Quizá porque la habitación estaba en primer nivel y a un costado de las gradas, pero se escuchaban conversaciones y pasos.

Regrese del volcán Acatenango muy temprano, así que los llamé y les pedí el favor de hacer el checkin antes de las 3pm, ya que deseaba bañarme y descansar después de tremenda aventura. La respuesta fue positiva y me dejaron hacerlo el check in al medio día. Además, la arquitectura, el estilo, el servio al cliente, las habitaciones, la cava de vinos, la terraza, el ritual de agua, el masaje y el restaurante de lujo.
Recomendaría este hotel sin duda alguna. Muchas gracias por tan extraordinario servicio.

El hotel sus instalaciones eran impecables, un hotel con esencia

Cons:

El trato del personal de recepcion cuando llegamos no fueron muy amables, y querian cobrarnos el estacionamiento que ya estaba incluido en la reserva. Hago saber que no todo el personal tuvo el mismo trato hubo unos muy amables

Loved my stay
Pros:

Everything ! Beautiful hotel and beautiful people working in the hotel. Nothing to fault. One of the most beautiful hotel's I have ever stayed at. We ordered room service and the food was to die for. It was the Prawn spring rolls, beef with mash potatoes and chicken tortilla soup and everything was 10 out of 10. The hotel, the room and all the staff were superb. We were checking out very early so they even packed a breakfast to go which was so thoughtful and sweet. If I ever go back to Antigua will definitely be staying here again

Belo hotel nos arredores de Antigua
Pros:

Hotel bonito, bastante silencioso, ja que os quartas dão para uma área interna .

Cons:

Quarto bastante pequeno, meu quarto era ano primeiro andar só tinha escadas , fica muito distante da área central , o café da manha era a lá carte , mas sem algum opção mais internacional .
