Loved my stay
Pros:

Everything ! Beautiful hotel and beautiful people working in the hotel. Nothing to fault. One of the most beautiful hotel's I have ever stayed at. We ordered room service and the food was to die for. It was the Prawn spring rolls, beef with mash potatoes and chicken tortilla soup and everything was 10 out of 10. The hotel, the room and all the staff were superb. We were checking out very early so they even packed a breakfast to go which was so thoughtful and sweet. If I ever go back to Antigua will definitely be staying here again

Belo hotel nos arredores de Antigua
Pros:

Hotel bonito, bastante silencioso, ja que os quartas dão para uma área interna .

Cons:

Quarto bastante pequeno, meu quarto era ano primeiro andar só tinha escadas , fica muito distante da área central , o café da manha era a lá carte , mas sem algum opção mais internacional .

Pros:

Todo impecable, limpio, el personal con una atención excelente y una ubicación excelente para lo que necesitaba. 100% recomendado.

Cons:

En los desayunos deberían poner más pan junto con los platillos, siento que por el precio que uno paga, el pan no puede faltar en el desayuno.

Everything about the property was beautiful from the entrance, front desk, the various seating areas surrounded by plants and flowing water, to the rustic appeal.

Localidad ideal para caminar a cualquier lado.

mucho ruido de otros huéspedes en la noche.
La bañera es muy complicada puesto que si llegan personas con problemas de movilidad, es una grada muy alta para bajar a la jetina.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. All the food was delicious. Best experience i have ever had as an avid traveller. Am still day dreaming about the hotel, food, drinks and the amazing staff. The most friendly staff and the best bar in all my travelling experience. It felt more like visiting family and home. Can't wait to go back. Kevin was great booking all the transfers and dinners. The General Manager Rosa Maria was great. She even made us snacks to take to the airport. The restaurant /bar manager is a great person as well. Everything that comes out of their kitchen or the bar is devine. I can go on and on about this hotel. The room where we stayed was beautiful and we wish we had booked for a lifetime instead of just a few days! Run!,Don't Walk!

Expensive, disappointing, lack of authentic character
Pros:

Location and bed.

Cons:

Breakfast was really poor for the level of the hotel. No juices, limited amount of food, no fruits, had to keep asking for more coffee.

Pillows were way too high which made really uncomfortable for sleeping. I had to sleep without a pillow.
