Tudo muito bom! Recomendo para famílias com filhos menores de 10 anos. Muitas atividades para os pequenos. Localização ótima para restaurantes e praias. Conforto e bom atendimento. Carregadores para carros elétricos no estacionamento!!!

Tranquila e calma .
Pros:

Nossa experiência no hotel foi maravilhosa! A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, o que trouxe muita praticidade durante a nossa estadia. O café da manhã é delicioso e a limpeza do hotel é esplêndida!

A equipe responsável pelas brincadeiras das crianças também merece todo o nosso carinho: os tios Bolachinha, Formiga e Cacau são maravilhosos e tornaram nossos dias ainda mais especiais. O hotel, em todos os aspectos, é encantador!

Cons:

Como sugestões de melhoria, seria ótimo instalar um elevador com acesso ao quinto andar e ampliar o horário de funcionamento das piscinas. Com esses pequenos ajustes, a experiência ficaria ainda mais perfeita. Com certeza voltaremos! ❤️

Foi uma estadia confortável.
Pros:

Localização (bem próximo da praia) e infraestrutura de lazer para crianças. O café da manhã também era bastante variado.

Cons:

As toalhas sempre chegavam atrasadfas ou faltavam. Um dos dias ficamos sem toalha de rosto. Nos finais de semana o restaurante do café da manhão não parece comportar a quantidade de hóspedes.

My first experience of Natal
Pros:

Nice view from the window, location is very close to the beach and major restaurants.

Cons:

An old AC was extremely noisy and it had to be on all the time to keep temperature only slightly lower than outside. Also, a constant sewage smell in the room from the toilet was not pleasant. Given a very high room rate, I'd expect at least water and beach towels to be included into such a price, but nope -- everything for an extra pay. While being one of the largest hotel in the area practically next to the beach, they don't have any sunbeds on the beach available for the hotel residents for free which is quite unusual. Finally, after a few days of having the same food for breakfast, one quickly becomes fed up with it (there are a lot cheaper and better breakfast options in cafes nearby).

Pros:

Após reclamar do quarto que estava, fui alocado na área nova onde os quartos eram novinho e com sacada pra secar as roupas. Gostei do quarto que fiquei. Ter almoço e janta acaba sendo prático, o café da manhã era bom. Legal ter recreadores mesmo que poucos minutos ao longo do dia.

Cons:

A manutenção das instalações é precária, tudo quebrado ou feito com baixa qualidade. Se ficar em um quarto standard antigo, fuja pois é pior que hotel de rodoviária. A piscina de brinquedos é boa mas gelada. A piscina adulto é pequena para quantidade de pessoas e bem velha descascando o fundo. Os funcionários deixam a desejar. O restaurante opera reutilizando alimentos de refeições anteriores o que reduz bastante a qualidade. A academia fica em outra unidade, inviável.

Apenas 1 elevador pra tudo, estacionamento não fica dentro do hotel, fica na esquina, não há ajuda para carregar as malas do carro pra dentro do hotel, serviço de limpeza do quarto não foi feito a contento e somente depois de reclamar que não havia sido feito durante todo o dia que o quarto ficou disponível

Pros:

Position was nice and staff was friendly (Carol was very helpful and one of the few who spoke English)

Cons:

We payed for a balcony and got assigned a room with view on a roof with stagnant water (see picture). The room had damp spots and AC wasn't working, hence we asked to change it. They kindly gave us a better room with balcony on the internal swimming pool.
Then we found a huge cockroach few days in the stay. We asked the reception for help and they just sent a guy with a broom that didn't do anything to try to search for it and kill it, just said "let me know if you see it again", lol.
In general, I'm sure the hotel was a very good one back in the days but it really needs some renovation and humidity is unbearable. Won't come here again.

From the room it was possible to hear anyone walking and screaming in the corridor, included children at everytime of the day and night. The bathroom had a broken pipe and water was coming out from the wall near the sink.

Acomodação espaçosa, equipe simpática e atendimento rápido e eficiente às demandas apresentadas

Cons:

Falta um armário para guardar roupas, o quarto parece precisar de alguma revisão. Houve um pequeno vazamento no banheiro e outro aparentemente em duto do ar refrigerado, ambos prontamente resolvidos.
