O quarto família tem um tamanho ótimo, o chuveiro e a limpeza excelentes, os funcionários muito prestativos e educados. Café da manhã bem completo.
O acesso ao quarto não é bom e o elevador comporta somente duas pessoas, tivemos por várias vezes que subir 5 andares de escada para não ter que ficar esperando.

Quando comprei mostrou um lazer completo e quando cheguei nada funcionava.
Atendimento bem fraco em relação aos outros hotéis que passei, perdendo inclusive para o sesc que em tese seria para a.classe social mais baixa tendo em vista o custo.
