Satisfatória.
Pros:

Gostei do tamanho da acomodação. Reservei o quarto família e tinha 2 camas de casal e 1 de solteiro.

Cons:

Não gostei da localização do quarto família, que ficava no último andar, porém o elevador não chega até esse andar e tínhamos que subir dois lances de escadas com o carrinho da bebê.

Achei a localização excelente.

Cons:

Achei o preço muito alto em vista do que entregam. Café da manha e jantar razoáveis, nao tinha coisas diferentes, repetia mto o cardápio. Acomodações antigas, o ar condicionado nao é bom o banheiro é pequeno e vazou água e a limpeza deixou a desejar.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

A estrutura do Hotel é maravilhosa, o café da manhã e todas as refeições com variedade, com reposição a todo tempo. Os atendentes muito gentis a todo tempo. A limpeza é excelente. A localização do hotel é fantástica.

Cons:

A recreação foi o unico ponto que deixou a desejar, minha filha de 06 anos foi participar de uma brincadeira no dia do show de magica e chegando la todas as crianças estavam com balões de bichinhos e não tinha balão para ela (apesar de terem convidado no salão de jantar), foi desconfortável e o pessoal da recreação não demonstrou empatia e nem buscou amenizar a situação.
