The staff are so irresponsible and especially the cafe staff and receptionist are so rude... Not willing to do what the guest expects. I was asked for a. Omelette on the 1st morning and I was told the reception has made a promise that I can make my choice of egg upon having breakfast but it was failed ... The room has so much of defects and the staff did not taken it seriously too at last I had to move room amenities are up to date pls take this into consideration pls staff are being irresponsible again I'm telling this
