Amazing hotel , cleaned rooms and welcomed staff
Pros:

It was an amazing experience. I love the atmosphere and location is really good . Its near to caste , city center, and tram station. I recommend this hotel . I would like to thank whole team . Rooms and cleanness are perfect. Noise level is also fine .

Warm service and excellent breakfast
Pros:

I’m staying here for a month, and so far everything has been perfect. The breakfast is excellent, and all the staff are very attentive.
A special mention goes to Mr. Mustafa, who is always smiling and genuinely happy to assist with great kindness!

Merkezi konumda anca odalar aşırı havasız ve bakımsız. Eski bir otel tek olsaydım kalırdım ancak ailemle gittiğim için bir gece kalıp başka otele geçtim. Ücret iade mi de alamadım

Merkezi Konumda Güzel Otel
Pros:

Otel çok merkezi konumda doaysıyla turistik yerlere yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. Genel olarak konforlu güzel standardı olan bir otel. Yalnız çocuklar için açılıp yatak olan kanepe çok rahatsızdı.

Pros:

Odalarda yıpranmış yerler vardı. Özellikle asansörlerin yenilenmesi gerektiğini söyleyebilirim. Sensörleri iyi çalışmıyor. Asansöre inip binerken kapılar insanlara çarpabiliyor. Başıma geldi maalesef. Çocuklara zarar verebilir. Kahvaltısı bence yeterli ve kaliteliydi. Personel iyi niyetliydi. Ancak resepsiyonda genellikle tek kişi görevli olduğu için bekleme süreleri oldukça uzayabiliyor. Lokasyonu iyiydi. Zaten bu nedenle bu oteli tercih ettim. Bununla beraber fiyat fayda dengesi bence düşüktü. Yani geceleme fiyatı olması gerekenden biraz daha yüksek. Bu da sanırım Gaziantep kent merkezindeki rakip otellerin durumuyla ilgili. Genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Gayet konforlu, temiz, rahat, sessiz bir oteldi. Yürüme mesafesinde alışveriş merkezi ve restoranların olması büyük avantaj. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Check-in de 3. Kişinin yatağı hazır değildi. Otel havuzu ile ön plana cikmasina rağmen rezervasyon aşamasında bilgi verilmeden havuz organizasyon nedeninile öğleden sonra kapalı idi. Havuzdan yararlanmak hafta içi daha mümkün olabilir.

Tam bir aile oteli, gayet güzel olanaklara sahip ve güler yüzlü personele sahipler her konuda yardımcı olabilirler. Benim tek puan kırma sebebim odaya girdiğimde pencere kenarında ölmüş hamam böcğeiyle karşılaşmamdı. Biz girmeden kontrol edilmeliydi. İkincisi de klimalar otomatik sıcaklıkta mı anlamadım ama çok fazla soğutmuyor. Yani bizim için sıcak değildi ama soğukta uyumak isteyenler için pek ideal değil belirtmeliyim. Restorant bölümü oldukça memnun ediciydi özellikle kahvaltısı zengindi. Ayrıca konumu da gayet iyi hem merkezde hem forumun dibinde. Biz her yere arabayla 7-8dkda ulaştık en geç
