Awful !
Pros:

We spent the night last night at this hotel. We woke up this morning to toilet water from the room above us dripping all over our bathroom. My husband’s clothes were wet and soiled. The people above us clogged their toliet. The water had dripped all night. When I asked for a new room, and to comp our nights stay, the manager refused to comp our room and said that it wasn’t his fault. He totally disrespected me in front of people in the lobby and my husband. I told him that was ok because I would write a review of the hotel. He accused me of threatening him. I said that I wasn’t threatening him, but that I would write this review. I’m
Immunocompromised and elderly and get sick quickly, especially from unsafe things like toilet water dripping all night. I was treated terribly and we are loyal customers. The manager is a threat to women!

Everything was nice, breakfast attendant was super friendly.
Pros:

Everyone on property was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Steven was extremely kind. Indoor pool was nicely kept.

I felt this hotel met my needs. The staff were very nice and we had a nice quiet room. The hotel is doing some renovating, but that didn't bother us. They have a very nice breakfast and the chef is very nice. I would use this hotel again.
