Dear Hotel Management,

Thank you for the smooth check-in process and the excellent service provided by the reception team. Their professionalism and hospitality were greatly appreciated.

However, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the room that was assigned to us. As a married couple, we were allocated a connecting room with an internal door linking our room to another guest room.

Unfortunately, the connecting door significantly reduced the level of sound insulation. We could clearly hear conversations, phone calls, and video calls from the neighboring room, which negatively affected our privacy, comfort, and overall stay experience.

The situation became so uncomfortable that I was ultimately forced to leave the room and request a change approximately seven hours after check-in, which was both inconvenient and disruptive to our stay.

Before posting this review, I contacted the hotel directly and shared my concerns regarding the room assignment and the impact it had on our stay. Unfortunately, I felt that my feedback was not taken seriously and was met with a lack of concern or meaningful effort to address the issue. This was particularly disappointing, as I expected a more professional and guest-focused response.

I believe guests should be informed whenever they are assigned a connecting room and, ideally, be given the option of a non-connecting room unless a connecting room has been specifically requested.

As the matter was not handled satisfactorily after I raised it directly with the hotel, I believe it is fair to mention this experience here so that future guests can make a more informed decision.
