Very decent 5 star hotel at a steal
Pros:

Spacious room. All standard in room amenities were available. Minimal contact required with staff and they were very helpful. Decent breakfast and good variety. Very quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

Internet connection gets lost in between. Especially when I try to enter my room, because of buggy internet I get logged out of Marriot Bonvoy app and can't use "Digital Key Card". Have to wait till I get logged back in. Inside room also, the range is full but sometimes it lags.

Cons:

1. The property owner texted me with a higher price for the night than the one state on the page (on the booking page: 134 SGD, then property owner texted me 857 CNY, around 156 SGD)
2. The property owner charged me 1000 CNY, with the saying of lock-in amount with the charge, but it is not returned the rest amount to my bank account
3. When I requested something during my stay, they use the excuse of this is not our operation hours for our colleague. My understanding is that the hotel should operate for 24hrs.

ホテルの情報が間違っています。
このホテル名(上海绿地万豪酒店)はすでに2024年に廃業されていて、現在のホテル名、電話番号は全く違うものになっています。予約確認に英語で新しいホテルの住所が記載されていますが、ホテル名が違うためタクシーで行くことができませんでした。中国語ができないので、英語が通じるレストランで確認したところ新築移転していることがわかりました。
コールセンターからは、このホテルは絶対にありますと主張されましたが、結局はなかったので大変苦労をして移転先のホテル（上海杨浦滨江万豪酒店）に辿り着きました。ホテルは新築で綺麗ですが、窓の防音が不十分で外の高速道路からの音がそのまま入ってきます。
