Friendly helpful bar and restaurant staff. Dog welcome and nearby dog walks great. Plenty of parking. Quiet location
Dinner menu a bit disappointing when staying for number of nghts - same menu every night, no specials and a bit limited for a vegetarian.
Friendly staff, swimming pool, good sized room, bath in the en suite
No jacuzzi in the leisure facilities, evening menu was a bit " pub like"
Great location for myself staff very friendly
I find the noise at night a bit of putting on hardly sleep it was like a buzzing noise
stayed there many times
clean quiet comfortable with nice pool and sauna, and glad to see steam room now open again
price varies daya to day, laptop to desktop, booking through bestwestern loyalty scheme does not significantly help reduce cost, which is a wee disappointment
The pool was lovely. A bit shallow all round so would be ideal for water aerobics or similar.
Not much to not like but the sauna wasn’t working. Steam room was open though and the food was nice
Les services (piscine, spa), la restauration (petit-déjeuner, dîner), le charme et le confort des chambres
Isolation phonique des chambres
Good food and lovely, helpful staff
Room was on second floor with no lift. At almost 84 years old it with arthritis, it was very difficult. I realise now that I should have contacted the hotel directly but, as I have been lots of times and never on the second floor, I should have telephoned a request.
Appreciated staff taking luggage to room as I was based on second floor and have mobility issues and unable to carry my own case upstairs.
Receptionist informed us that we can request a room near the lift of if I was booking again - very helpful.
There were dogs in a couple of rooms, who barked through the night and when left alone in room. I love dogs.
Are all rooms available for dogs to join their owners or do you have certain rooms available to accommodate pets? For information only.
Polite staff
