Would definitely stay again
Pros:

We loved the hotel. The location was perfect. The restaurant directly in front was good. The workers were all helpful.

Cons:

It can get loud at night.

Returning to the Hotel Navona Palace Luxury Inn Rome. Wonderful time.
Pros:

Wonderful stay at the Hotel Navona Palace Luxury Inn Rome. We absolutely loved our stay in room ( Bernini 311 ) for the second time. The room looks out onto a shop and many restaurants. The breakfast room is well stocked with breakfast food, nobody will go hungry. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom, with bath and shower. Very clean. Reception staff and all other staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The hotel has been renovated completely, since we were here two years ago. Great job. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. The location is spot on very central.

Great position but staff were a bit unhelpful.
Pros:

Great position. Nice clean room.

Cons:

First room I was given did not have a warning about having 2 steps down into the room. I fell down heavily and fell there should be a warning on the door.
I arrived late at night so it was dark and didn’t realise.

Pros:

Nice hotel, but old fashioned in some areas,
But please be careful on booking this hotel they will con you on most occasions and lie about free bar in your room and I wouldn't recommend it to my family and friends,
And book your transfers from home because taxis are really expensive and don't drop off at your location,

La situation,la déco,les petits déjeuners,l’espace dans la chambre,l’amabilité du personnel..

Very Central !
Pros:

Great hotel, bit on the pricier side for the tourist tax compared to other places I have been however not a problem. Clean and quiet too. Central to everything no more than a 30 minute max walk to any big attraction - Colosseum to Vatican City. The breakfast was lovely too.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Excellent stay. We had a lovely room with terrace. Great location, waking distance to all major attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended

Cons:

The olny down site was that we were not told on our arrival that we have to pay turist tax. And the charge was on the check out so we were not have the opportunity take into consideration for our budget

Lovely hotel in a top location
Pros:

Great location, beautiful rooms and facilities, mini bar and breakfast for 10 Euro was sufficient and excellent if you like cakes/sweets.

Cons:

Although a stocked mini bar was good, no room for our own drinks. It was really hard to find when we first arrived as google maps brings you to the back of the building.

Pros:

The location is amazing. The bed is comfortable (hard mattress as we like). Very clean. The staff is very helpful. We got a suite instead of the standard room we booked, so we had a lot of space in the room.

Cons:

The air conditioner didn't work well. Although the maintenance guy tried hard to fix it. In the end, he couldn't really fix it. We went back to a room that couldn't cool down in the heat of Rome. Our really great room was located above a restaurant or bar, the noise from the street was very loud until late of the night even with the windows closed.
There was no WIFI. We arrived on Friday and left on Monday and the problem wasn't fixed. From my perspective, it was critical. I couldn't connect to the internet for things that were essential with the computer, and I used my browsing package. A hotel of this level is expected to solve the problem, one last and very important thing.

Great location but overpriced
Pros:

The location was excellent. We also got one of the large rooms with a terrace and both the room and terrace were spacious. Our room had a sauna in it which was also excellent.

Cons:

We were overcharged on the tourist tax and talked to others who also believed they were overcharged on it. Additionally, the hot tub on our terrace was broken upon our arrival. On our second day, we had planned to spend a significant portion of the day in the room as it was at the end of our trip, however there were maintenance workers in and out of our room for much of the day. The hotel did not give us any warning that workers would be in our room for a large portion of the day and we were not provided any updates on when workers would be accessing the room. As a result, we felt that we could not be in our room for the majority of the day and were not provided any explanation or apologies from the hotel (although one of the maintenance workers was apologetic). The lack of privacy in our room significantly disrupted our stay.
