Pros:

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and I appreciate their efforts to assist whenever I raised a concern. Unfortunately, good service alone could not make up for the poor condition of the facilities.

The hotel’s central location is convenient, especially if you want to explore local food spots like Soto Bokoran or visit traditional markets such as Pasar Gang Baru, which is a plus.

Cons:

I was honestly quite disappointed with my stay, as this hotel does not reflect four-star standards and would be more suitable as a two-star property. The rooms and bathrooms are very outdated and did not feel clean or well maintained.

The bed sheets were stained when I arrived, which made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable, and I had to ask the staff to replace them. This really affected my first impression and overall comfort during the stay.

Overall, while the location and staff are positive aspects, the hotel urgently needs renovation and better cleanliness standards. I expected much more from a four-star hotel, and the experience did not match the rating.

Hotel di tengah kota yg dekat pusat kuliner pasar semawis
Pros:

Kamar cukup luas, sarapan bervariasi dan pelayanan staf sangat ramah

Cons:

Kamar type keluarga yg saya tempati cukup luas, sayang tidak ada view ke arah luar karena balkon tertutup tembok (kolam renang) sehingga kamar terasa pengap tanpa view pemandangan di luar
