Een onvergetelijk en fijn verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar!

De vriendelijke service, de locatie en netheid van het hotel.
Wij kregen een upgrade van kamer, dit konden wij enorm waarderen!!

Cons:

Het enige wat ik kan bedenken is de vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer, daar ben ik geen voorstander van.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Was amazing from start to finish - checking in was easy and was also given a tour of the hotel all the way to our room. It’s in the heart of London making it easy to walk everywhere. The spa was amazing too and was cleaned constantly
