Amazing hotel with a beautiful decoration
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in in the hills above Almaty with nice restaurants around. The spa is magnificent also. The view from the room is beautiful.

Cons:

Mistake in the description of the room booked. No bathtub in the the bathroom (only a shower).

Pros:

아침식사는 먹고 싶었으나 일정이 빠듯해서 먹지 못 해 아쉬웠습니다. 2026년에도 알마티 갈 일이 있을 때는 꼭 조식을 먹어보고 싶네요. 그리고 객실 자체가 굉장히 커서 답답한 걸 싫어하는 저에게는 아주 좋았습니다.

Cons:

시설이랑 위치 모두 저의 기준에서는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 그러나 금요일 저녁에 도로가에서 나는 소음이 좀 심해서 잠을 설쳤네요. 그리고 객실 내 카페트가 좀 더러웠습니다. 얼룩이 좀 오래된 것 같았는데 관리가 좀 안 되어 보였습니다.

Pros:

1) местоположение - изумительно чистый воздух!! Выспался за 4.5часа после тяжелой дороги и встал заряженный энергией!!
2) Очень вежливый персонал
3) Очень красивые и просторные номера, просторные коридоры, высокие потолки дают очень комфортные ощущения пространства, что очень важно.
4) уютный круглосуточный бар с хорошим выбором
5) отличная кухня в ресторане!

Cons:

Тут очень трудно, если не невозможно найти то, что может не понравиться. Я за несколько лет так и не смог найти то, что может не понравиться! Мог бы сказать, что персонал несимпатичный, так все наоборот - персонал красавцы и красавицы! Гостеприимство и обходительность прямо зашкаливают!!
