As always super good experience. I have stayed in this Hotel many times over the years and this is one of my favourite hotels.

We have the pleasure of staying at the hyatt for work in the area ! We would like to mention our housekeeping team especially Santosh and Bharat who provided exceptional cleaning services for our apartment. From start to finish, the experience is outstanding.

Cleaning quality is thorough and meticulous. Every area of the apartment was cleaned to a high standard, including hard-to-reach spots.
Surfaces, floors, and appliances were spotless, showing genuine care and professionalism.

Santosh is approachable and always willing to assist with any requests. He is reliable and punctual and completes the job efficiently.

He treats our apartment with care and ensured everything is left in perfect order.

We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Santosh and his team . The apartment feels fresh and comfortable thanks to their hard work. We thank Santosh for his excellent work and support!
We also would like to mention Bharat, who works alongside Santosh , what an amazing hard worker also , these guys are an absolute asset to the hotel !

It was a comfortable stay. The seamless check-in expercince we had here was unmatched. Each and every staff and team member were aware and cooperative. Cleanlines was upto the mark. Food was delicious.

I stay here regularly for my official travel. The hotel will match the worth for the price. The ambience will be great and refreshing. You can stay here blindly unless you do not have issue with the budget.

My experience here has been truly wonderful so far, and it has genuinely made me feel at home. From the moment I arrived, I have been met with warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality that has made my stay incredibly comfortable and memorable.

I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to several staff members who have gone above and beyond - Kaushal, Aniket, Rechongshe, and Saurabh. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly nature have greatly enhanced my overall experience. The dining experience, in particular, has been outstanding, with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere that I have thoroughly enjoyed.

Each of them has been consistently kind, generous, and supportive throughout my stay so far, always ready to help with a smile and ensuring that everything is just right.

I would also like to thank Roshan for always greeting me so warmly whenever I step out or return, it truly adds a personal touch that makes a big difference. The same appreciation goes to Dumbeno, whose friendly presence has been constant.

I would also like to extend my appreciation to Sachin from room service, Sohail from the front desk, and Tete, Talib, Pallavi, and Asen from the F&B team for their excellent service and courteous approach, which further elevated my stay.

A special thanks to Dumbeno for taking the time to show me around and helping me settle in so comfortably. Her effort and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed and made my experience even more pleasant.

One of the best Hyatt experiences. A beautiful property with exceptional staff, courteous and helpful. You must checkout the recommendations of Chef Pappu. Abhishek, Sejal and Lemish in lounge are excellent. I could not take down the names of Front desk girl, who was very efficient. Likewise for HK staff. An experience worth visiting again. Most of all, thankyou for looking after a specially abled child!

the restaurant Pune 14 underwhelmed both in terms of food and experience. How can you expect guests to have breakfast or dine outdoors in a hot weather with flies and other stuff flying around? The buffet was elaborate both for breakfast and dinner but the taste left much to be desired. Only the last meal where the Chef Mr. Ghosh intervened and had dishes made specifically was the food superb.

The food and the dinner was amazing. Service by Aniket and Saurabh was great.

Santosh and bharat from housekeeping have been very helpful and the cleanliness is very nice . So overall stay experience has been very good .

Chef pappu arya was so interactive and approachable. Such a nice chef he is. And the food was so good. Can't wait to comeback 🤍
