I recently had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency. The hospitality, ambiance, and overall service quality were truly exceptional. Want to say special thanks to staff from front desk Himmat Singh for his warm welcome & he was courteous and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I also want to share vote of thanks to the dining staff Saurab, Aniket, Arjun & Pallavi for their communication ,service during morning breakfast experience was delightful. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, making the visit both relaxing and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium and pleasant stay experience.

The rooms were clean very comfortable and the staff was amazing They went over and beyond to help harshita help alot she guide everywhere also I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtow also they were extremely good We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

It was an amazing stay at hyatt Regency. Location was quite near airport and main road. The ambience was great especially with all those lightings at night. The rooms were cozy and spacious. I likes there personal touch of providing a welcome letter ,chocolate and a bowl of fruits when i returned back.

I had a very nice and pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was very clean comfortable and well maintained which made me feel relaxed and at home. The food was delicious and of very good quality. I really enjoyed my meals during my stay.
Special thanks to Trupti for her kind support and excellent service. She assisted me very nicely welcomed me warmly and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. Because of her helpful and friendly nature I felt very happy and satisfied.

We the BITS batch of 1975-80 had our golden jubilee attended by 200+ batchmates. It was sponsored by cos like Mercedes, Nestle, Bhikaji, Chiratae ventures and Banyan Capital. It was a roaring success made possible by the team at Hyatt led by Mukund Karpe. They went out of their way to accommodate every thing needed. Would strongly recommend them for events. Still to experience better hospitality in my life.

Saurabh and Kaushal were very helpful in serving us for the dinner buffet. Spread was also very good.

We had a great experience. We were here for the Buffett. Arju and Kaushal were very very helpful and nice! The food was great and the choices were so many!

I visited Lotus deck for a family dinner, had a wonderful experience. The food was nice as well as the service was prompt. Though the menu had limited options than what we expected, but the taste made up for that. Also the ambience was nice, perfect for a family outing. On top of it, the manager Abhishek went out of his way to arrange anniversary cake for us.
