What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the team. From the moment we arrived, the security staff ensured a smooth and welcoming entry, and the reception team handled everything efficiently while making us feel genuinely welcomed.
A special mention to Chef Abrup, whose food and personal attention made our dining experience exceptional. The hospitality team—Aniket, Saurabh, and Kashyap—went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attentiveness and genuine care made a big difference.
I would also like to acknowledge Crosby from the sales team, whose coordination and support helped make the overall experience seamless.
It’s clear that the hotel has built a culture of thoughtful hospitality, and the leadership behind this team deserves appreciation. My family and I had a wonderful stay, and we will certainly look forward to returning.

I recently visited Hyatt Regency and had a wonderful dining experience at Zeta. The Italian food was excellent and the overall service was outstanding. The staff and security team were extremely helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to appreciate Roshan Singh and Dilraj Singh from the security team for their support and professionalism. Their hospitality truly enhanced our visit.

A great place to stay with family. Spacious 1 bhk, variety of breakfast, very friendly staffs. We traveled with 2 babies. I would like to thank one of the staff Dilraj Singh who helped everytime we go in and out with luggages. Kitchen staffs were very polite and friendly as well. Overall a great experience!!!
Describe the staff as friendly, professional or helpful security team roshan and gurmeet dilraj a truly luxurious experience from start to finish felt like a home away form home.
Housekeeping team did a good job to ensure all items are kept clean and replaced towels, etc , drinking water was replaced without any requests so most things done proactively by Ravindra.
Excellent service by Mr. Aniket Talib at Pune 14. He personally took good care of our food items need. Hotel rooms are spacious … good . Only nothing to do for kids…
