könnte besser sein, habe schon bequemer geschlafen, Erwartungen wurden nicht wirklich erfüllt

Lage super, Größe des Zimmers super, Ausblick

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Beleuchtung am Schminktisch unterirdisch dunkel, Kopfkissen sehr unbequem, zu wenig Kaffeekapseln (man wurde aufgefordet das Zimmer nicht täglich reinigen zu lassen, dann kommt man aber nicht an neuen Kaffee), Tiefgarage unverschämt teuer, Möbiliar teils recht abgenutzt, schrammig, an sich alles Kleinigkeiten- aber bei dem Preis und der Selbstdarstellung des Hotels erwartet man dann natürlich auch Topqualität

Great hotel and facilities, but a disappointing final night
Pros:

The hotel has excellent facilities, a beautiful location by the river, and comfortable, well-maintained rooms. The staff was courteous throughout our stay, and we appreciated the breakfast and airport transportation offered as goodwill gestures.

Cons:

The final day of our stay was affected by repeated problems accessing our room due to a faulty door lock. The issue occurred both before and after an event we had traveled to Düsseldorf to attend, and despite an initial repair attempt, the problem returned later that night. After waiting for an extended period and receiving limited updates, we ultimately had to change rooms at approximately 2:00 a.m. before an early morning flight.
