Saubere Unterkunft und gutes Frühstück, aber der unfreundliche und völlig unlösungsorientierte Service an der Rezeption

Leider war der Service an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und in mehreren Situationen überhaupt nicht lösungsorientiert. Ich hatte die Unterkunft für drei Tage bereits vollständig bezahlt und sogar vorab telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass ich aufgrund unvorhersehbarer Umstände erst einen Tag später anreisen kann. Trotzdem wurde mir anschließend nochmals eine Rechnung ausgestellt, obwohl der Aufenthalt bereits bezahlt war. Bei meiner Ankunft musste ich zusätzlich warten und bekam schließlich ein Zimmer, mit dem ich überhaupt nicht zufrieden war. Auch bei anderen Anliegen hatte ich leider immer wieder das Gefühl, dass nicht nach einer Lösung gesucht wird, sondern der Gast mit dem Problem allein gelassen wird. Für ein Hotel erwarte ich hier deutlich mehr Service, Freundlichkeit und Professionalität.
