Deposit refund slowly
Pros:

The hotel is very good condition. We had the beautiful river views. We travel around the EU every year and stay in different five star hotel. But unfortunately this is the only one kept our 400 euro deposit more than one week. And we're still waiting for the deposit refund. You can choose it if you don't mind the deposit which is 100 euro per day.

Schöne Aussicht und gutes Frühstück, aber enttäuschender Check-in und Mängel im Zimmer.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch, dass die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer sehr schön war. Auch das Frühstück sowie der Service beim Frühstück waren sehr gut und haben uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Leider begann unser Aufenthalt im Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf bereits beim Check-in enttäuschend. An der Rezeption erhielten wir so gut wie keine Informationen. Uns wurde weder erklärt, wann und wo das Frühstück stattfindet, noch wann der Check-out ist. Auch über die Einrichtungen des Hotels, zum Beispiel die Sauna oder andere Angebote, wurden wir überhaupt nicht informiert. All diese Informationen mussten wir selbst herausfinden.

Zusätzlich bekamen wir beim Check-in eine Zimmerkarte, die nicht funktionierte. Erst am Aufzug merkten wir, dass die Karte nicht nutzbar war, und mussten wieder zurück zur Rezeption, um eine neue Karte zu bekommen. Leider hatten wir dabei nicht das Gefühl, dass besonders auf unser Problem eingegangen wurde.

Im Zimmer stellten wir dann fest, dass auch die Dusche nicht richtig funktionierte. Das Wasser spritzte an mehreren Stellen heraus, sodass ich schließlich selbst versucht habe, das Problem zu beheben. Besonders unverständlich fanden wir außerdem, dass es in der Dusche keinerlei Ablage für Shampoo, Duschgel oder Seife gibt. Man ist praktisch gezwungen, die Duschutensilien auf den Boden zu stellen.
