Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, the pool was good but lacked temperature control

Cons:

The bed was too soft and the lounge needs to have additional food options during the day. Food options during happy hours were good

I liked the location & the first girl who registered me in

Cons:

1. The sheets had blood stains
2. Reception or food dept kept calling about 2500 bucks lunch payment when we had already paid 30000 bucks for 2 nights & they had my card as well
3. Staff called me atleast 10 times in 24 hours for payment, I'm not gonna run for petty 2500 bucks, if I can pay 30k. I can pay 2.5k as well.
3. My mini bar was closed & there were no snacks in the room.
4. We had to order thrice for blinkit & zomato to fulfil our needs.
5. I was running on treadmill & light went off, I fell off & almost broke my leg.

It was a terrible experience, never recommending anyone for Le Meridian ever again.

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage und in der Nähe viele Shoppingcenter. Super Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Tolles Personal. Dies war unser dritter Aufenthalt. Wasser im Zimmer kostenlos sowie Kaffee und Tee.

Cons:

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, jedoch ist nicht genug Platz für 2 Personen bezüglich der Unterbringung der Kleidung. Das ist allerdings der einzigste Mangel und ist häufig ein Problem von Städte Hotels. Die Preise für Essen und Trinken sind jedoch sehr hoch aber man muss ja nichts verzehren. Das muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

Cons:

The check-in was delayed by 45 minutes, finally happening around 5 PM. Most of the staff seemed to be interns and appeared untrained and helpless.

Breakfast service was extremely slow and poorly managed. I had to wait 45 minutes just because the hotel had only one high chair for infants, which was already in use—completely unacceptable for a property of this scale.

Later in the night, my room got locked at around 11 PM due to a malfunctioning lock, and it took nearly 2 hours to resolve the issue. Eventually, I was shifted to another room at 12:45 AM to avoid further inconvenience.

Even basic services were disappointing. When I requested help to open a wine bottle, the staff member couldn’t manage it. He then asked me to open it in the kitchen myself and later returned with the wine poured into a large flask—highly unprofessional.

Overall, the service was pathetic, the staff inexperienced, and the entire experience felt like a complete waste of money and time. I expected a relaxing and pleasant stay but was left extremely disappointed.
