I had the best experience of my life in this hotel
I visited Le Meridien on 5th July 26. I am really impressed with the warmth & hospitality of the staff. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile.
I tried the Sunday brunch with my family. The food was of good quality, with a wide variety of options and well-prepared dishes throughout.
The overall ambience of the hotel was relaxing and refined, making it suitable for both business and leisure travellers.

The hotel management is quite pathetic and unresponsive. They don't care about clients' feedback.
I was a returning customer wanting to host my son's first bday in the pool side I-kandy as I has hosted a similar event at the same place 5 years ago.
Due to the change of weather (becoming unusually warm), I had requested for flexibility from the hotel for change of time of the event.
They were extremely rigid, wanted more money and forfeited the advance paid.
Multiple e-mails requesting for a solution were escalated to their GM Ms Suman Gahlawat and even escalated to further to their senior leadership Mr Dilpreet Singh and Mr Arun Kumar. NONE of them every responded to any mail despite multiple reminders. Clearly showing a deaf ear to their customers. Even writing and complaining to the Marriott customer care only fetched me an acknowledgment e mail and nothing else. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
I had to move the event to Trident Gurgaon and had a wonderful experience there contract to Le Meridian.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, professional, and easy to interact with throughout the process. The service was well organized, and everything was handled smoothly. The cleaning was done properly and met expectations. A special mention to Ashish for being helpful, polite, and ensuring the service was carried out efficiently.
Location is great of you are looking for quick use of Airport. Cant comment for food since i haven't got a chance to avail it.
We used hotel back in 2023 & it was great. This time room offered was very small, had marks on furniture. AC was not working properly hence was unable to sleep. When called for AC at 3 AM they offered room change but it was practically impossible to shift during such odd hours.
Imagine AC not working at 42* degrees. It was very uncomfortable stay.
We had a wonderful experience at Le Meridien..the hospitality was exceptional,warm and welcoming.would like to mention that.
