The hotel is conveniently located to shop, dining and entertainment. The staff are friendly and professional. We were a little disappointed that the breakfast Monday morning did not include potatoes or the waffle station, but the dining area is nice and the food was good. I really enjoyed the patio on the waterway and because the hotel and surroundings are so pleasant we enjoyed a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Sink drain made noise whenever the shower was on, broken tiles in bathroom, room looked different than the one I booked online, and I got charged more than I was told I would for our dog

I had a great experience at the Hyatt in Sugar Land. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient—perfect for getting around easily. The Front Desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was genuinely good, a great way to start the day.

My only suggestion to the administration would be to check for humidity levels in the rooms, as it was slightly noticeable during my stay. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
