According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Brazilian guests are requested to inform their CPF number in their booking comments.
One child under 11 years stays free of charge in double room in existing beds. Extra beds can be confirmed upon availability. Please notify the property if you'd like to make use of this option. roupa de cama com mau cheiro, ar condicionado muito barulhento, intermet ruim, espaço do café da manha incompativel com a quantidade de hospedes, elevadores demorados.
Camas bem confortáveis. Chuveiro ótimo.

The location is perfect, but the entire building is in need of a serious upgrade. Staff was not friendly. No smiles or welcome.
The entire building and rooms are outdated. You feel like you are back in the 90’s. Overpriced for what they offer.
