According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, é na região central próximo de grandes avenidas, restaurantes, mercados e cafés. É uma opção excelente considerando a localização.
A ideia de fazer check-in às 15h da tarde é simplesmente absurda! Vocês deveriam rever isso, principalmente por ser algo contra a lei geral do turismo. Chegamos 14h30 e fomos impedidos de ir até o quarto justamente por ter que esperar o horário do check-in.
A localização é muito boa e o quarto tem um tamanho adequado, contando com bom banheiro. A cama também é confortável.
As instalações são antigas, necessitando de modernização, havendo descompasso entre o oferecido e o preço cobrado, inclusive com café da manhã modesto. Também vale mencionar a dificuldade tida no check out, com impossibilidade de emissão de nota fiscal, a qual não foi emitida e recepcionista extremamente confuso. Igualmente,a falta de serviço de cozinha é bastante prejudicial.

Meu quarto era extremamente apertado, e o café da manhã num lugar improvisado ficou muito aquém das minhas expectativas, não só pelo local.
Os quartos não tem isolamento acústico, o que não permitiu que pudéssemos dormir um pouco mais no domingo de manhã, devido à um buzinasso que ocorreu na avenida Brasil.
