The general staff was so welcoming and great especially a lady by the name Khosi she took care of us from start to end and it was refreshing to have someone like that .

Cons:

I felt that the place is made for certain people of colour and others get special treatment, my money isn’t good enough for them and I won’t be coming back unfortunately and the food was horrible with the restaurant manager , Iv never seen such with high hopes as a traveler but this place n it’s management, wow shocking.

I was disappointed when we check in they said there is no room available we have to wait close to 45minutes

Pros:

The facility is beautiful and the staff is soo amazing.

Cons:

The facility need to upgrade to smart tvs and put a proper hairdryer. The room I was in (213) has a half broken hairdryer and was not safe to use.

Been longing to visit for years, but was left feeling disappointed.
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Food was good. Drinks reasonably priced.
We had an issue with our aircon and the maintenance guy was there within an hour to fix it.
The rooms were clean.

Cons:

I feel like this resort has been seriously neglected. So much potential not being fulfilled.
There really is nothing to do on site except lie by the pool or sleep.
The deck loungers didn't have any cushions and at least half were torn or broken. Also there are so many vain Divas at the pool taking endless selfies, you can't even swim freely without being in someone's photo!
I tried to organise a cruise on the Jozini Lake, only to be told there were no staff available due to a kids school outing 😐
They do have a couple adult slides, but that is a cost of R250 per adult over & above the very expensive room!
Their Mangwanani Spa is also ridiculously priced!! Sibiya have a Moonlight Spa for R1199 per couple, Jozini have it at R1450 per person!! 😱
The jetty / riverside was in a sad state of disrepair with broken kayaks and rubble lying around.
