Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere.
The food was disappointing overall. It has been feedback the lodge had received and acknowledged from previous reviews. I can recommend the pizza and breakfast variety. I would not recommend the half board option. There needs to be better awareness regarding mosquitos in the area.
Great experience, beautiful view of the lake and dam. Loved the overflowing/ infinity pool with water slides. Food was great, friendly chef (Mr Ngcobo) who routinely walked around to get feedback and ensured the meals were good. Deluxe room had a jacuzzi!
Deluxe room had a carpet, a bit disappointing as you could smell some dust residue.
Soap and shampoo bars disappointing, should use get good quality jel. Water quality questionable, sometimes brownish water came from taps/ bath tub.
