I would not recommend for any stay
Pros:

The view of the Dam was very nice. Their breakfast in the morning was nice, even the breakfast pack was nutritious and enough.

Cons:

Cleaning routine was very poor, we left at 06:30 only to return around 15:00 and our room was still not cleaned.

Pros:

We stayed one night dinner bed & Breakfast. Everything was so well organized. Dinner and Breakfast was out of another world. Staff very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this to anyone.

Chasing Tigers and building memories to last.
Pros:

The location is brilliant. i came through with my dad and son to do tiger fishing, 3 generations of us got to catch striped dogs on the dam. what a brilliant time. the facility was great, breakfast and dinner superb. we didnt really have lunch. but overall the service was excellent.

Cons:

Aircon didn't work in our loft room. however the service from the staff was excellent they immediately moved us.

Reception and education about activities
Pros:

The lake views. The pool area and slides for kids

Cons:

Reception did not inform us of the various activities so we only learnt about it too late. Can guests be made aware of all the activities thats on offer upon arrival. We had to try figure all this out on our own.

Couldn't book a boat ride on the Friday of my stay as the person that does the booking was not available I had to keep following up at reception

We weren't aware they do a braai dinner buffet on Saturday we had an early dinner and only after eating we saw the braai happening on the deck. Can the buffet menu not be displayed in the morning at the restaurant. Staff did not know the buffet dinner menu until a few hours before dinner service.

The restaurant, Spa, Boat cruise, security stuff was super nice, excellent services, the place was breathtaking.. I loved it

Cons:

The food was not nice at all needs a huge improvement and the buffet food items are very limited... The fact that you have 1 person making eggs for everyone is very annoying because you have wait for your eggs
