Breakfast was great and eating area was beautiful. Staff very friendly and kind.

Cons:

Two nights for over $600.00 dollars is a lot. Booked through a link for a wedding several weeks prior at a block rate and it did not go through so had to pay the high price.

This will be my go to hotel of choice, when visiting St. Louis!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! But most importantly, the staff, no matter their position, gave the highest quality of hospitality service. I have experienced in a very long time.

Breakfast and Happy Hour

Cons:

Toilet paper is like sandpaper. There is no “adults only” pool and whirlpool time. To me this area should be for relaxing. Kids pretty much took over the entire area and lots of small kids in the whirlpool which is a no no.

It was a whim we stayed at a Drury and I am glad we did

Poor service because the had 1 counter person between 6 and 7pm for kickback check in
Pros:

We are drury members and have been for 15 years. I stood there for almost 15 minutes trying to check in and eat after traveling all day. With only 1 person at the counter, a customer checking in and chatting refusing to be aware of others needing to check in to, wasted 20 minutes of questions and chatter. So we missed kickback entirely and never got to check in because finally at 705 we walked out of the lobby, canceled the reservation and went somewhere else half the price and enjoyed a nice meal with the difference compared to drurys offerings. I've came to these hotels for 12 years and I will think twice before ever returning to this location if it is close to 630pm. I don't want to miss dinner and perks of choosing this place because they want to run a skeleton crew during their busiest check ins. We won't be back, and I may just switch to wyndham and Hampton altogether with the service standard/ lack there of and price hikes for declining service at Drury.

Drury hotel in Arnold Mo
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was very good. I wasn't able to attend their kickback due to a funeral but with everything with the Drurys Im sure it was very good too.
