I was very happy with my stay.
Pros:

The choices for breakfast was very good. All the food that I ate there was very good. I love having the kick back meal and drinks. The food at the kick back meal was great. I would have liked to have more drink choices, but over all everything was great.

Cons:

I would have liked more sweet lady drinks at the kick back.

Just the pool area
Pros:

The staff were great the room was great

Cons:

We were at the pool swimming and kids were being rude to my kids for swimming in the outdoor pool and making statements about the outdoor pool part being only used by them because it was a private party we checked with staff staff said it was not a private area everybody can free swim well it got to the point the other family was bullying my kids the mom was sitting there laughing with the kids and then tried to laugh in my face when I asked them was there any problem why was her kids bathing my kids while they were swimming well she did nothing and I said somwthing to the staff once again and we just left the pool area at tht point it was unnecessary and a little ridiculous some people cant control their kids in a public setting and rhe adults act just as bad as the children they bring

Love Drury
Pros:

I love the Drury Inn and Suites. As always the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, service was great . Love the happy hour and snacks . I always know I can count on Drury .

First time and really Impressed!
Pros:

We stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites Arnold in early February 2026 and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Every employee we encountered — whether at the front desk or mopping floors after the buffet — stopped to smile and greet us. That level of friendliness truly stood out.

The hotel was very clean throughout. Our room was comfortable and nicely furnished The property was well maintained, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent — always a plus when traveling.

The manager, Hannah, was thorough, polite, and professional, which gave us confidence that the hotel is well run.

We were very impressed with our stay and will definitely be looking for Drury Inns as we continue our travels to Florida. Highly recommend!

Their best asset is their staff. Always pleasant and they take pride in their work.

We love this hotel! The children love the indoor/outdoor pool, always clean and plenty of towels. Nice exercise room, Full breakfast buffet, evening meals (with cocktails!), popcorn, and a small store.

Cons:

I honestly have no complaints. We actually had a small issue with our room, and it was immediately addressed. I wish I could remember her name to give her credit, but she was extremely concerned and went above and beyond to make us happy. Great customer service!
