A good place to stay for one night if you are flying in or out of Indira Gandhi airport, don't use their taxi pick up or drop off as they are very expensive, prepaid taxi from DEL and book an uber or ola from the hotel if you can.

First of all, one of the Managers (Male) was very nice. The staff helped me as I was sick. However, room service was simply pathetic. The worst part is food from their kitchen is so costly. But they allow you to bring it from outside. Close Proximity to Airport, Fortis Hospital & Chattarpur Mandir was an added bonus.

They have at last gotten rid of the huge flight of stairs at the entrance so that is a huge boon as that had been their main fault previously

our breakfast was included; there is no dining room so we had toast & coffee in the reception area, which was ok.
wifi signal intermittent, not uncommon in new delhi!

The workers were wonderful. They helped me with my luggage. They were just pleasant. My room was wonderfully cool. Cool experience. Cool hotel. I would stay here again.

Stayed at this property a couple of years back and was pleasantly surprised by the high standard at such a low price, nothing has changed, it's still a great bargain with very helpful staff. One downside is the steep stairs from the street, tip: one person stays with the luggage on the street, the other goes up to reception and asks one of the staff to come down to carry your luggage, this being India, they are only too willing to do so as it will earn them a few extra rupees. The other downer can't be solved, the area is not that great but it's Delhi, the city with the worst air pollution in the world! Several hundred yards up the road is a fantastic restaurant(the hotel has good food but only room service) The Spice Mill, neither the decor nor the service is anything to write home about but the food is fantastic, far too much of it so order sparingly!

Clean only when you check in.
They don't clean once you continue to stay.
Tiny rooms.
Expensive for nothing.
Absence of elevator.
Zero staff etiquette ( They just hang up on face )
Rude behaviour.
You can get great hotels with that price tag.

Cons:
Very high steps initially
Very bad locality (You shouldn't be worried)
Credit card was not accepted as the machine dint work

They had given a room which dint have hot water, later they shifted to another room.

Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Good hotel and close by to airport area. They are very kind even i was requested to make a late check-out.

Good hotel if you need to stay close to the airport.

Very near to T3 Delhi airport.Clean New property value for money. Vasant Square is 1 min walk.

I had a short stay from 25th Nov - 29th Nov 2014. The rooms were very nice including the breakfast. Its worth for the money spent. I would recommend to stay in Malik Continental (Masoodpur)rather than staying in hotels of Mahipalpur.

Good, clean place. Felt very safe. Staff helped with all of the bags up and down the steps many times. This was my second stay. Very good value for the price.

Excellent value at the price, but the location is rather rough. Delhi (at least, this part) is not for the faint=hearted. It takes courage and conviction (and faith) to cross the road outside.

The bed height is too much,I was with my 18 month old daughter,so i can not move nearby to leave her alone.
Rest the staff & owner was good,Because of my mistakes i had paid money twice for same transaction & they have done NEFT yesterday to my account,That will be remebered to me

We stayed there for 4 days. We were in 2 rooms initially because my there was my sister along with us. After 3 days we had only one room. The service was good initially but got bad after 2 days. Breakfast has a very limited menu although its complimentary. Tastes okay initially but got bored after a day. But inspite of all these I still think its good value for money.

1. Near to the airport and all educational institutions
2. Near to ambience mall, bigbazaar
3. Lot of small take aways available near
Cons.
1. The surrounding area not clean especially after the rain
2. Staff behavior is okay okay and it depends
3. There are steep stairs before you enter the hotel.

Staff here are really nice. Always smiling and bringing everything you ask for immediately. Very caring and accommodating the needs of their customers. I would come here again.

The outside appearance could be improved to attract more clientele.

Rooms neat & clean but Air Conditioners not so effective. Hotel receiption is on first floor but do not have any lift.

WE STAYED FOR A NIGHT BUT LOCATION WAS NOT SUITABLE. SURROUNDING WAS DUSTY AND QUITE FAR FROM AIRPORT. TOILET WAS CLEAN BUT THERE WAS NO HOT WATER SUPPLY EVEN THOUGH WINTER TIME. HOTEL IS ON FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT LIFT.
