Cons:

Personal demotiviert. Zeigen kein Interesse den Kunden. Haben auch keine Lust zu helfen.
Katastrophale Reinigung. Als wir eingecheckt haben, war von dem Bewohner vorher noch eine Pommes und Feuerzeug auf dem Boden. Auf einem Zimmer von uns war das Schloß kaputt, das wir ständig die Zimmerkarten neu aufladen mussten, weil wir nicht ins Zimmer kamen. Total nervig weil das Hotel echt groß ist, und man weit zur Rezeption laufen musste, teilweise war der Aufzug kaputt. Also es war für uns kein schöner Urlaub. Zum Glück waren wir nur über das Wochenende dort und konnten nach 2 Nächten das Hotel verlassen.

الموقع والاطلاله فقط كنا نبغى فندق قريب من المطار وناخذ يوم راحة واستجمام لكن للأسف 🥹

المكان جدا قديم ولا فيه حياة كانه فندق مهجور
حتى الشنط مافي احد يساعدك انت تشيلها وتطلعها وتنزلها الفطور جدا عادي ولا في تنوع
لا انصح ب السكن فيه جدا سيئ 👌🏼

Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön groß und in der obersten Etage mit Blick aufs Meer.
Frühstück war reichhaltig mit teils frisch gekochten Leckereien

Cons:

Zugang zum Außenpool nur gegen maßlos übertriebene Zusatzgebühr von 1000 TL (ca. 19 EUR) pP. Niemand im Hotel kannte die Kosten oder genauen Öffnungszeiten.
Im Außengelände kostete dann alles extra - gepolsterte Liegen, Liegen unter der Pergola.

Nice hotel, close to the trains, buses and market.
Pros:

Clean hotel only 5 to 10 minute walk from the train station to the city centre, which was my criteria. There was a market about the same distance in the other direction, along with a bus station. I was there for work so didn’t use any of the facilities but the bistro and bar were good.

Lokasyonu cok iyi, buyuk ferah bir otel. Anadolu yakasinda sakin bir mevkide olmasi, SAW ye yakin olmasi acisindan harika, otoparki buyuk. Kahvlatisi ozenli ve herkeze hitab ediyor cesit cok, alan buyuk. Personel guler yuzlu yardim sever. Odalar her gun temizleniyor ve suyunuzdan meyvenize kadar dusunuyolar. Onceden rica ettigimiz ekstra yastiklar herzaman hazir oluyor, Sanirim 5ci gelmemiz ve bir sonraki Istanbul ziyaretimizde yine Greenparki tercih edicez. Rezarvasyonda bir yanlis anlasilma ihtimalinden bile bizim odamizi kendileri deniz manzarali oda ile degistirdiler bunun icin ayrica tsk ederiz. Bir de gece vardiyasindaki lobideki gencler; sehirdeki bir elektrik kesintisinden dolayi basimiza geldigini sandigimiz komik durumu guzel idare ettiniz, onlar kendilerini biliyor :) sizede ayrica tesekkur ederiz

La amplitud de las instalaciones y lo limpio que estaba todo.

Cons:

El personal no se preocupo en preguntar cual de las habitaciones era con cama supletoria ya que eramos 7 personas y en una de las 3 habitaciones debian instalar antes de nuestra llegada la 3° cama.
Yo realice la reserva pero mi amiga realizó el pago en el hotel y al solicitar la factura ya que era ella quien nos invito la noche de hotel por ser un viaje de trabajo necesitaba la factura a su nombre y el recepcionista se equivocó.
La volvimos a solicitar antes del check out y dijeron que nos iban a enviar la correccion por email a nombre de Ainhoa Zulueta Marin y aun estamos esperando.

Comfortable but be aware
Pros:

Large hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good facilities. Everything appears well maintained and the overall quality is what you would expect from a hotel of this size.

Cons:

Very misleading information regarding pool access. The outdoor pool is featured prominently in the booking photos, yet after check-in we were informed that access costs an additional 1,000 TL per person per day. For a family of four staying one night only, this adds up to 8,000 TL as check-in date and the next dat are charged. This charge is not clearly disclosed during the booking process and only appears in the fine print which is in Turkish! As a Booking.com Genius Level 3 guest who stays in dozens of hotels, I have never encountered such a disappointing surprise.

Cons:

Заселили в угловой номер без горячей воды и кондиционера. Потом пересили в другой, по лучше, но номера очень старый, следы от сигарет. 5 звезд давно НЕТ. ОЧЕНЬ ДОРОГО для такого уровня. Подушки тоже как в хостеле (((.

This is the worst place I stayed in my life

They aren't honest - They turn off AC from October till June and when you ask them what is happening They say tbe AC is broken . They are liars - Old and Uncomfortable beds
