Shocking service

The extra costs that you arent told about when you book like use of the pool being an extra 1000tl per person. And the fact the jacuzzi doesnt work. Some of the other facilities are in really bad shape and the steam room for example cant be used as its been made too hot. We also ordered breakfasts to be packaged so we can take them with us when we left at 6.30 for our early flight, all promised, nothing provided. Absolutely shocking service all around. Not a 5 star at all. The shower in our room was terrible, the temp goes hot, then cold, and back and forth.

Stay at your own peril ….
Pros:

The pool area was exactly as shown in the brochures, which was reassuring. The location was also ideal for what I needed, as it was close to where I wanted to be for the evening.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The entire floor and room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning made it even worse by blowing the smell into the room. Reception staff were unfriendly and came across as arrogant, and even basic service was poor. The room service app did not work, the room phone was broken, and we were told room service was no longer available. The bed was comfortable, but that was the only positive. I would not stay here again.

Personal + Service mangelhaft. Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Hatten zerrissene Bettwäsche.Von draußen Essen/ Trinken mitnehmen ist ebenso verboten.

Nie wieder das Hotel darf kein 5 Stern haben
Cons:

Den ganzen Nacht hat es keine Klima gehabt, erst um 03:00 Uhr am Morgen das Zimmer gewechselt und wir müssten ohne schlafen um 14:00 das Hotel verlassen.

Pros:

Me gustó el hotel; buena relación calidad precio; bien localizado; excelentes vistas del mar; cercano a la estación de tren que te lleva directamente a sultanahmet!

Cons:

Uno de los recepcionistas con un comportamiento rudo y poco colaborador, el otro todo OK; desayuno alrededor de 27 euros por persona, a mi forma de ver muy costoso; piscina externa hay que pagar un extra.
