Pros:

Kahvaltı paketi almadım. Ama daha önce aldıklarından dolayı tecrübem var. Kahvaltı çok güzel çeşitli.

Cons:

Sevmedim diyemem. Daha önce de çok defa konakladığım bir tesis. Bu seferki konaklamam da tesisten kaynaklı olmayan bir durum vardı. Sanırım bir kaç Seminer programı varmış. Bu yüzden yer bulmakta zorlandım. Daha öncekiler gibi değil ama iyinin kötüsü bir odada konakladım. Müşteri memnuniyetinden (ilişkilerinden) sorumlu Yağmur hanım var. O gerçekten çok profesyonel ve işini hassasiyetle yapan sorumluluk sahibi bir hanımefendi. Kendisine teşekkür ediyorum.

Good location, close to the airport, nice view if you book a room with the sea view.

Cons:

It wasn't clean, the bed was smelly, I found left over garbage in the cabinet from the previous guest.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war schlichtweg unvergesslich – ein Ort, an dem Gastfreundschaft nicht nur versprochen, sondern eingehalten wird.
Das Gästebetreuungsteam war echt klasse. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle bei dir liebe *Yağmur Düzgün* ganz herzlich bedanken. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns aussergewöhnlich willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Du warst nicht nur durchgehend freundlich, sondern auch beeindruckend kompetent, aufmerksam und in jeder Situation zuvorkommend. Man hat gespürt, dass du hier mit Herz arbeitest. Also deine Vorgesetzten können dich ehrlich gesagt mit gutem Gewissen stark belohnen und dir deutlich mehr Verantwortung übergeben. Schon beim Betreten unseres Zimmers wurden wir mit liebevoll vorbereiteten Snacks empfangen. Doch damit nicht genug: Einige Tage später erwartete uns erneut eine wundervolle Überraschung im Zimmer, darunter feinster türkischer Kaffee und köstliche Leckereien. Solche Aufmerksamkeiten sind alles andere als selbstverständlich und haben unseren Aufenthalt auf eine ganz besondere Weise bereichert. All das werde ich NIE vergessen Yağmur!

Das grosszügige Zimmer selbst liess keine Wünsche offen: stilvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und mit einem atemberaubenden Meerblick, der jeden Moment zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat. Die Ruhe im Hotel war bemerkenswert – ein perfekter Ort, um vollkommen abzuschalten und neue Energie zu tanken. Der Roomservice war jederzeit zuverlässig, diskret und auf höchstem Niveau.

Ein weiteres Highlight war zweifellos das Frühstücksbuffet: Eine beeindruckende Vielfalt an frischen, qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen, die nicht nur geschmacklich, sondern auch optisch begeistert haben. Jeder Morgen begann hier mit einem kleinen Genussmoment.
Zusammengefasst: Ich werde in die Türkei wieder gehen, nicht nur wegen der tollen Türkei, sondern definitiv auch wegen dem tollen Aufenthalt in diesem grossartigen Hotel.

Поселили с видом на море, а бронировал попроще.

Чистота в номере. В номере есть ванная, а пробок нет)
