Almost great just didn't fit my purpose
Pros:

Staff is amazing, so nice and helpful. Room is cozy and comfortable. Restaurant is nice and food is good.

Cons:

Location is too noisy. If you're looking to get some rest don't go that way. Smell from outside gets deep into the room. Fan on the ceiling not working.

Pros:

Staff at Le Sutra were all outstanding, from Reception to Room Service - First class. Thank you!
There's a cafe restaurant on the ground floor and other good eateries near-by.

Cons:

The front grill cover over the A/C unit in our room was not fixed in place and it fell-out. Room Service replaced it but without making a repair to actually fix it in place.

A beautifully designed hotel near the sea and popular eating places serviced by excellent staff.
Pros:

The quality of the rooms and the art theme was superb, each room has a different theme and story behind the art. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent and there was a lovely touch with welcome fruit and daily snacks for each room. The breakfast variety was excellent too and the convenience of the excellent Out of the Blue restaurant downstairs was also handy for room service or visiting. It had a lovely ambience with live music most nights.

Cons:

The location in Khar West /Bandra which is a popular spot for evening entertainment and restaurants which makes it a busy and sometimes noisy location for a hotel. Light sleepers might be affected by the traffic and restaurant noise. Thursday evening is especially busy for the Olive Bar and Restaurant when music can go on until 2am.

Boutique Hotel an guter Lage in Bandra, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Bandra, nicht weit vom Meer entfernt und vielen Restaurants hat es in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war wirklich geschmackvoll.
Kann es nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Für das Frühstück könnte mehr angeboten werden und Service sollte schneller sein, sonst war das Personal freundlich.

Nice hotel but noise unbearable

A nice hotel with good service and willingness to change our room when there was a problem

Cons:

The noise from the Olive bar below made sleeping impossible until it shuts at 1am. We tried two different rooms on the first floor and both were bad. Room 106 had the additional problem of being above a kitchen where you also got that noise late into the night and early in the morning!

Breakfast was great, out of the blue restaurant is very good. 10 minute walk to Carter road. Hotel is great for a two night stay. Bed was comfy and room was big. Staff are friendly and very helpful

I've stayed here before. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and the location is good.

Cons:

There is no lounge or area where guests can sit and relax except for in their rooms. This is a pity, as a "boutique" hotel it's the least they can provide.

The breakfast area is understaffed with just 1 lady taking everyone's orders and serving. She did a good job considering the pressure but they need to improve on this as I actually refrained from ordering anything from the menu because I didn't want to burden her.

We were encouraged to use the Spa so we booked treatments for the next day. Halfway through the next day our appointments were canceled! It messed with our plans and schedules as we only had a few days in Mumbai!
