Good first impression.

Restaurant was good as was the gym.

Best hotel with reasonable price
Pros:

Was clean and has a best view to the main road of Fujairah. Staff were very helpful and nice to all. Best place to go.

The worst service I ever had in my 20 years. I am following the hotel staff for last 4 days to get my invoice emailed to me but hotel staff is least bothered to take any action. All my efforts to get an invoice for my 4 days of stay is in vain until now. Very bad service, not expected from a hospitality industry. Very bad, very bad, very bad

Excellent service and relaxing stay Great pool!
Pros:

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! Check-In was fast and efficient. The omellet and falafel station is a great touch! My fresh grilled fish ať dinner was superb. Many thanks to our waiters Fasile and Rohan! The pool, fitness and spa facilities are top notch. Just what we needed after a day of sightseeing. Our room was spacious and very clean. All staff adhered to high hygienic standards. Good WiFi and lots of TV channels. Actually, everything was perfect. Just what we needed. Thank you!

Pros:

The room is old. Didn’t clean well, it has hairs on the sink and floor when we came. Have cockroaches. Make sure your hotel rooms are always clean especially this pandemic.

The restaurant (breakfast,dinner) was not good.
It was ice cold inside, ac was way too hard!
Order took ages to come to us, while there was nobody else.
Ordered a soup, they took it right in front of me from the buffet!
Steak looked like it was from the kids menu.
Food was cold, rice, sauce, salmon,...
Breakfast was boring, not so many different kind of choices/possibilities.

Good: fresh omelet and great taste, made by a young chef! Super friendly guy!

Nice pool even if the water temperature was warm. Towels are a bit scratchy. Otherwise pleasant and comfortable and reasonably good value for money.
