Nel complesso il giudizio è cmq positivo

-Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto
- Cortesia e professionalità dello staff super
-Colazione ottimale

Cons:

Il cambio asciugamani è stato effettuato solo una volta in tre giorni e questo è un problema perchè dopo la doccia avere un asciugamano pulito è piacevole . La Jacuzi è scomoda e mal funzionante meglio una normale doccia.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere i vari punti, soprattutto se si va per lavoro. Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulita. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare la signora Irene addetta alla colazione. Colazione buona, ma migliorabile, soprattutto per la varietà

Cons:

Frigobar spento e senza neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua dentro (per fortuna avevo una mia borraccia). Il dispenser del bagnoschiuma era completamente vuoto. Nel bagno era presente solo la vasca idromassaggio e per fare la doccia è stato tutto molto complicato 😅

Ormai siamo di casa in questo Ottimo Albergo..
magari rispetto agli Anni scorsi abbiamo riscontrato qualche piccola Criticità, ma facilmente risolvibile a Ottobre, visto che con la chiusura invernale ci saranno dei lavori di ristrutturazione..
ma nel contesto è andato tutto benissimo come sempre.. sempre Bella la Piscina, Curato il Giardino, Ottimo il Parcheggio con la ricarica per le vetture elettriche, Buona la Colazione sia Dolce che Salata,
un Grazie a tutto lo Staff Professionale e Super Organizzato, ma una Citazione particolare và alle Signore delle Pulizie, sempre pronte e Gentilissime e alle Signore della Colazione preparate, Sorridenti e brave ad accontentare le richieste della Clientela, Grazie di tutto a voi.. e speriamo di rivederci presto..

Totalement satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel, très confortable, très propre et avec de grandes chambres. Il dispose par ailleurs d'un parking et d'une piscine. Le personnel est très aimable.

Der kostenlose Parkplatz

Cons:

Die kaputte mit Klebeband geflickte Duschwanne, aus der das Wasser auf den Boden lief.
Das Frühstück; einfallslos und nur billiges Zeug aus der Großpackung, ein Toaster (für 2 Scheiben Toast) der auf höchster Stufe 5 Minuten brauchte um wenigstens einen Hauch von Röstung zu erreichen. Außerdem kamen die Mitarbeiter nicht hinterher das Buffet, Tassen und Fläser regelmäßig aufzufüllen. Außerdem brüllend laute Gäste, die unter anderem das Saftglas gleich am Buffet austranken und dabei die Saftkanne in der Hand behielten um diesen Vorgang gleich zu wiederholen.
Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat nicht gekühlt.
Keine Poolhandtücher.

Nel complesso soggiorno più che dignitoso, ma da una 4 stelle superior ci si aspetta di più.

Tutto lo staff ha dimostrato disponibilità ma non sempre è stata seguita dal buon fine.

Cons:

Mancata informazione sulla domotica, mancanza di appoggi nel bagno, assolutamente necessari per una coppia, frutta a colazione non proprio quella che ti aspetti in Sicilia ( poco matura ).
