Cons:

I didn't stay one night at the property. There was Mexican gang violence at the property incident, and the police removed me from the property and turned the key into the office and the property never credited my stay. I was in the Room 2 or 3 hours, I didn't stay at all. The police wouldn't let me stay there. Mexican gang violence.

Worse experience I have dealt with ever and I have stayed in many hotels.

I reserved two rooms. The air conditioner did not work correctly in either room. It was well over 80 degrees in our rooms. I set the thermostat to 60 degrees and it never cooled down. Reported it to front desk, was told could not move us to different rooms because they were booked up, they would try to get someone out to look at it. Never did work any better. Air conditioner stopped completely at 5:15 am . Called front desk and was told “it’s normal for it to cycle when the temperature reaches what the thermostat is set at”. I informed them I had the thermostat set to 60 degrees and there was no way it was 60 degrees in my room cause I was sweating.
The refrigerator did not work properly.
The floor was very sticky.

Not so pleasant stay
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and close to the branson attractions

Cons:

Beds were making noise
Air conditioner was making too much noise by the morning
Saw cockroaches inside and outside the property
Had to bare bad drainage smell by the morning
Fridge was not working in one of our rooms
Key cards were not working to open the room doors

It was a good and comfortable stay minus a few small situations but The Manager and the Kitchen Lady Lori was The nicest they could be! The breakfast was good, the Location was good! The price was good

Cons:

Only Two small things didn’t go right, one was the bed was pretty comfortable but the mattress crackled when getting in and out of bed, the other thing was the Air Conditioner made a noise ever so often sounded like pouring down rain, the noise made it a little hard for a light sleeper! But I would stay here again
