Great location, worth the price!
Pros:

Great location very close to the downtown and stockyards.

Cons:

Swimming pool could be little better maintained and should have much more sunbeds!

Pros:

L’accueil était sympathique, l’établissement dans l’ensemble et les chambres étaient propres, le petit déjeuner compris dans la réservation était simple mais bon, le parking très pratique

Cons:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner pas très aimable et agréable, le bruit du frigo dans la chambre faisait vraiment beaucoup de bruit, j’ai dû l’éteindre pour pouvoir m’endormir, pareil pour le souffle d’air de la clim et du chauffage très bruyant ! Mais je crois que c’est partout pareil au USA, pas vraiment de décoration dans l’établissement, c’était simple.

Pros:

I loved the pool and the location was great. Staff were nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean and well kept.

Cons:

The ac worked great but went on and off all night so that was problematic to sleeping, I even tried turning fan to ON mode but that didn’t work. It was great to have a full kitchen and there was a table but only 1 chair. Also the logistics of the inside were odd and the hallways to our room very long.

Pagué 2 habitaciones por una noche, somos mis 3 hijos, mi marido y yo (5 adultos), llegué a hacer el check in y me dijeron que solo tenían una disponible y que no podían hacer nada, era 31 de diciembre y queríamos pasar año nuevo en Sundance Square, ni siquiera nos dejaron quedarnos los 5 en el cuarto qué tenían disponible, tuve que buscar otro hotel de emergencia para quedarnos, obviamente ya no había por la zona que queríamos, pagamos por adelantado la estancia, ya son 4 días y no me resuelven mi devolución, dicen que la cancelación tiene costo de 1 noche pero ni siquiera estuvimos ahí, pagamos mas de 800 dolares 😒

Cons:

Que no respetaron la reservación y ahora no me regresan mi dinero porque la cancelación tiene costo de 1 noche, yo no incumplí, estuve ahí y ellos no me dieron las habitaciones 🤬🤬🤬

Needs to be refurbished
Pros:

We stayed here from 24th -29th November!! We stay usually here twice a year since 2010!!
The Hotel needs to be refurbished as its showing its age!! Repairs done weren't done well, House keeing was not good, we had 2 days of a Refresh which was a towel change?? Bed was never made!! The sheets were ripped & stained when we checked in.
Breakfast was good as always!!
Staff at front desk were friendly, with excellent customer service!!

Würden wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Frühstück war auch etwas später am Morgen noch ausreichen und genug da, sehr viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten mit Obst, Brot, Waffeln und mehr, gab es auch. Das Bett war bequem und sehr groß. Das Zimmer sauber. Die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank war auch super. Sehr schöner Poolbereich mit Grill Möglichkeit.

Cons:

Die Auszieh-Couch als zweite Schlafgelegenheit hat leider nicht so überzeugt und etwas mehr Bettwäsche dafür wäre schön gewesen aber es ging auch so ganz gut.
