Pagué 2 habitaciones por una noche, somos mis 3 hijos, mi marido y yo (5 adultos), llegué a hacer el check in y me dijeron que solo tenían una disponible y que no podían hacer nada, era 31 de diciembre y queríamos pasar año nuevo en Sundance Square, ni siquiera nos dejaron quedarnos los 5 en el cuarto qué tenían disponible, tuve que buscar otro hotel de emergencia para quedarnos, obviamente ya no había por la zona que queríamos, pagamos por adelantado la estancia, ya son 4 días y no me resuelven mi devolución, dicen que la cancelación tiene costo de 1 noche pero ni siquiera estuvimos ahí, pagamos mas de 800 dolares 😒

We stayed here from 24th -29th November!! We stay usually here twice a year since 2010!!
The Hotel needs to be refurbished as its showing its age!! Repairs done weren't done well, House keeing was not good, we had 2 days of a Refresh which was a towel change?? Bed was never made!! The sheets were ripped & stained when we checked in.
Breakfast was good as always!!
Staff at front desk were friendly, with excellent customer service!!

Frühstück war auch etwas später am Morgen noch ausreichen und genug da, sehr viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten mit Obst, Brot, Waffeln und mehr, gab es auch. Das Bett war bequem und sehr groß. Das Zimmer sauber. Die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank war auch super. Sehr schöner Poolbereich mit Grill Möglichkeit.

Myself and my wife stayed here for vacation in Sept. We had stayed here last year and the place was clean, the breakfast was decent and the manageress who ran the hotel was excellent. Well not this year. The room had a bed which was so bad that myself and my wife rolled into the huge dip in the middle of the mattress. There was permanent marker up the bedside lamp. The sheets had stains on them as did one of the towels. The main room door wouldn’t close properly and someone had obviously tried to “fix it” by putting some duct tape around the locking mechanism. We had to slam it or else try and jiggle the lock each time we left the room. The breakfast now has flimsy disposable cheap plates and cutlery that would snap half the time and there was barely any choice for breakfast compared to last year. What there was on offer was not good. The two desk staff we interacted with during the stay were not only very young but didn’t seem interested at all. The day we checked out we didn’t even get so much as a “how was your stay” or “was everything ok”, just a thanks when we handed the room key in. The place has definitely gone downhill and will not be back for a 3rd time that’s for sure.

The location - 8-minute walk to Orange line for the stockyard, 15-minute walk to train for dallas and 10 min walk to sundance square. 4 dollar daily pass for the bus or 12euro daily transport pass for everything. Excellent value for money!

Staff were lovely and very friendly. Free parking at the hotel. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Hotel very quiet and had black out curtains ans the bed was very comfortable, so an excellent sleep was had. Breakfast was warm and plentiful! We couldn't complain.
