gut und entspannt
Pros:

Zimmer war so wie auf der Webseite beschrieben, daher so gut, wie wir es erwartet haben.

Cons:

Gut war, dass es am Nachmittag Kekse gab, die neben der Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby angeboten wurden.
Schlecht war, dass sich in erster Linie das Personal bedient hat und wir ab 14.30 Uhr keine Chance hatten, einen abzubekommen. Und das an 2 von 3 Tagen.

The parking situation wasn’t ideal, if you got back late at night, you had to make up parking in the parking lot or park on a separate street.

Guter Ausgangspunkt
Pros:

Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr groß, aber etwas dunkel. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Das Badezimmer war groß und die Handtücher sauber und flauschig. Das Hotel ist ein super Ausgangspunkt. Downtown bietet nicht so viel, eine Cheescake Factory ist jedoch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, die Dame, die es zubereitet hat, war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Bus der Orange Line ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, dieser fährt für 2 Dollar (Tageskarte 4 Dollar) direkt zu den Stockyards. Das Hotel hat ausreichend Parkplätze.

Cons:

Der Preis ist für das, was geboten wird, etwas zu hoch.

Pros:

L’accueil était sympathique, l’établissement dans l’ensemble et les chambres étaient propres, le petit déjeuner compris dans la réservation était simple mais bon, le parking très pratique

Cons:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner pas très aimable et agréable, le bruit du frigo dans la chambre faisait vraiment beaucoup de bruit, j’ai dû l’éteindre pour pouvoir m’endormir, pareil pour le souffle d’air de la clim et du chauffage très bruyant ! Mais je crois que c’est partout pareil au USA, pas vraiment de décoration dans l’établissement, c’était simple.

I would and have recommended this hotel but the AC issue would probably be the only reading I myself would not book ther
Pros:

I loved the pool and the location was great. Staff were nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean and well kept.

Cons:

The ac worked great but went on and off all night so that was problematic to sleeping, I even tried turning fan to ON mode but that didn’t work. It was great to have a full kitchen and there was a table but only 1 chair. Also the logistics of the inside were odd and the hallways to our room very long.
