The only pain point was ac vents right above my head while sleeping in a twin room.

The stay service was good as expected. There is a great water park next to the Hotel. Also there is a New Food court opened next to the water park which is just 10 min walking from the Hotel. This food court serves pure Veg Food and also Non-Veg food. The best thing about this place is it has a seperate Veg restaurant which serves only Veg cuisine. This Food Court also has brands like KFC, Pizza Hut and CCD Outlet which will be opening in the next 2 months. So if you are looking for a fun get together with your family and friends at Haridwar this is the place to be. NATIONAL FOOD COURT.

Nice hotel adjacent to Crystal World water park.
Pros:

I always stay at Sarovar Portico whenever I go to Haridwar. The best part at the hotel is food. Excellent, in particular the breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff is very courteous and room amenities are good. The hotel has maintained its standard since I first stayed there in 2011.

The hotel said Expedia has not send them second booking though it was fully paid. Hotel property was good. Morning breakfast was chaos. The service was pathetic.
