It was all good
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience from the moment I arrived in the city. The hotel arranged an airport pick-up exactly at the agreed time, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free. The driver was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. He drove safely to the hotel, which is conveniently located not far from the airport.
When I reached the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. They were courteous and efficient, and kindly assisted me with transferring my luggage to my room. Their hospitality created an excellent first impression.
Although the hotel is situated on a busy road, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was inside. The room was peaceful and well insulated from outside noise, allowing me to sleep comfortably through the night without hearing any disturbance at all.
Another highlight of this hotel is its restaurant. While I did not have lunch or dinner there, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. There was an impressive variety of food available, including freshly cut fruits, bottled fresh juice, boiled vegetables, milk and cereal, tea, coffee, toast, oats, potato fritters, as well as freshly cooked hot South Indian dishes and non-vegetarian options. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well presented.
Since we were two guests, having two pairs of indoor footwear would have been better as there was only one pair.
The stay at Hotel Suba was very good, close to the airport (with a free airport taxi to pick us up). The rooms were good, bed was comfortable, shower was good. The staff were very good, helping us and accomodating any request we had.

Location is perfect for the airport. The room was comfortable as was the bathroom. We had a superb evening meal and breakfast. The staff were very professional, particularly the twins and concierge!
Our flight was cancelled just before we were due to depart, fortunately we were able to stay for another night. Dinner once again was superb.
