Ett flygplatshotell med trevlig service och god frukost
Pros:

Frukosten på restaurang Cinnamon var fantastisk med ett stort urval av goda indiska rätter (som dosa och idli) och enastående trevlig service av personalen. Läget är perfekt för flygplatstransfer, Sängen på rummet var stor och bekväm.

Cons:

Rummet var väldigt varmt, fuktigt och kvavt vid ankomst mitt i natten då luftkonditioneringen inte slagits på i förväg. När vi försökte beställa mat från rumsservicens dygnet-runt-meny under natten visade det sig att inget på menyn fanns tillgängligt. Det var rörigt när vi behövde skriva ut våra boardingkort i receptionen; vi skickade först till de officiella centrala hotellkonton som vi fått information ifrån tidigare (vilka receptionen inte kom åt), fick sedan ett nummer av en receptionist som inte heller fungerade, innan en senior medarbetare till slut gav oss hotellets lokala WhatsApp-nummer som fungerade.

Hôtel agréable et pratique; accueil, literie et nourriture de qualité.
Pros:

Proche de l’aéroport, l’hôtel est pratique et simple d’accès. L’insonorisation est plutôt bonne. Le personnel de l’ hôtel est très accueillant. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Les buffets de repas sont bien fournis et la nourriture est bonne.

Cons:

Une des deux chambres sentait fort le tabac et cela s’accentuait avec la climatisation.

Extremely satisfying. People here make us feel at home

Proximity to the Airport, well maintained, extremely friendly and supportive staff. Restaurent was very good.. very good food option. Their breakfast options were very good with and many options and staff goes out of the way to help
