The hotel was beautiful and the rooms well appointed, and friendly staff offered great service.

A great place to stay for a couple of days with a great food hall to choose from. Lovely big rooms, good quality towels and bathrobes. Lovely friendly smiling staff.

Rooms are tatty & tired … R6700 for one night. Needs considerable renovations & brought up to a true 5 star. Some staff are poorly trained. Room facilities are woeful for this price. Shower bath !? No robes ? No modern lighting or adapters. Carpers are old & marked … 🤢

Nice hotel, not a lot around the area apart from a Casino and a very sad sort of food court place. I would only stay here again for the free shuttle and location to the airport.

Lovely hotel with all the charms expected of a 5 Star Hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable with lovely pillows. The room was very clean and the staff exceptional. Nice hotel, but not worth the price per room.
Stairs to the first floor, and there was no bar in the hotel. The only area was the restaurant, so I ended up eating at Emperors instead.
