Pros:

The room was a bit dated but they were extremely comfortable. We had a lovely two night stay. The staff were outstanding and catered very willing to every need.

The best way to start your African adventure
Pros:

Staff was friendly and welcoming at the reception desk , and upgraded on of our rooms to a suite which was a great surprise . love the location with a short walk to the casino and restaurants. overall we loved it and would have stayed longer if it wasn't for our trip to the Kruger park the next day . I would recommend this hotel and cant wait to return again .

Cons:

Nothing loved it , it wasn't cheap but I was expecting to pay more for a top class place like this.

Very good place to stay for short periods of time. Close to the airport and restaurants.
Pros:

Got an upgrade. Close to the airport and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Busy doing maintenance in room next to mine when I stayed there with a lot of noise. Very irritating as I did spend quite some time in the room between meetings.
