It wasa wonderful experience.
Cons:

The pool was not heated and was told by staff that the hot tub jests have not worked for months! Thoae 2 things were a bummer.

Cons:

for the price, I would expect better customer service. We asked for a better room and they did not accomodate and the hotel was empty. I would also expect complimentary coffee in the mornings like most other hotels offer.

Estuvimos encantados con nuestra estancia en el hotel. La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, a unos 10 minutos en coche, pero el entorno es realmente mágico: dentro del puerto, rodeado de tranquilidad y muy cerca del campo de golf. Un lugar precioso.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable en todo momento. Muchas gracias por todo, sin duda una experiencia muy agradable.

Cons:

Llegamos justo después de la temporada de fin de año y no había bufete de desayuno, lo que fue una pequeña decepción para nuestros hijos. Aun así, entendemos perfectamente los motivos, especialmente por razones de sostenibilidad y para evitar el desperdicio de comida, algo que valoramos positivamente.

Spend your money elsewhere
Pros:

First time in La Paz and was so excited to stay at this property. Unfortunately, they continuously fell short on their service. If you’re diamond elite, you will never be treated that way. You have to ask for your benefits. No early check in. The room was ready after 3. They said they could switch us to a suite after asking about an upgrade the next day. Continuously two different answers and never able to speak to a manager. Accepted the room change and the front desk woman said it would be ready by 2. Checked in around 3 and the room was still not ready. Meanwhile this was a 2 night stay so what’s the point at that point after needing to get ready for the evening. The room was still not ready until 3:45. After being told multiple times by 2. The main pool by the hotel was not heated. Very cold. The beach pool half the morning was being cleaned and could not get in until 11. Once beach service started the waiters you had to track down to even get an order in. Highly disappointed and will not be returning. Save your money for a nice hotel downtown and go to a beach near the area.

Very nice stay , very nice crew! The hotel worth less than what they ask for .

The service was very good , everyone is very polite and helpful

Cons:

I don’t feel like the room or the hotel worth 500 dollar a night .

For that price you need to get somthing a lot better . The hotel and the room is pretty simple .

Es muy bonito y moderno

Cons:

La habitación es pequeña para el precio. El servicio a la habitación regular, se demoran o no llevan lo que pides y te dejan esperando en vez de decir que no lo van a llevar. Un mesero un poco adulto era hostil y grosero.

Excelente estancia en precioso hotel
Pros:

La zona que tenía una alberca junto al jacuzzi estaba muy linda. Me gustó que hubiera una tiendita dentro del hotel, ya que estaba retirada del malecón, también el restaurante muy bueno.

Cons:

Las albercas tenían agua fría y eran días nublados y con viento. Un poco difícil el traslado por el hotel para las personas con movilidad reducida.

Best Massage Ever
Pros:

I am normally very fussy when it comes to massages but i just had the best deep tissue massage ever with Jakelyn she really got into all my knots! I highly recommend her, very kind and professional. She ended the treatment and placed a heat pack around my neck and offered me tea. Such a nice touch.

Pros:

The hotel has a beautiful private beach with incredibly bright colors and very clean water and sand. It also feels very safe. The staff is is welcoming, smiling, and always ready to help. The rooms are nicely designed, with good spacing and high-quality amenities like shampoo and lotion. Overall, the entire hotel has a very thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing design, which definitely stands out.

Cons:

The hotel does not offer 5-star amenities, even though it is advertised as a 5-star property. It’s actually a small hotel, and I’ve stayed in 3-star hotels around the world with larger and better-equipped rooms, as well as more complete amenities like nicer pools. The beach club is pretty and well-organized but quite small, so I’m not sure how it would handle high-season crowds.

There were also issues with communication. For example, “breakfast included” only covers the Americano breakfast, but this isn’t explained anywhere, so we still ended up having to pay at the restaurant.
