A great stay within a 15 min walk to the town centre.
Pros:

Stunning room with lake view. Room 304a is recommended. Lovely sofas. Comfy huge bed. Great kitchen amenities. Heat pump and log effect has fire to be cosy in winter. Didn’t get a chance to sit out on the balcony as it was rainy but would be lovely in nicer weather. I didn’t need it but the on site parking is a bonus.

Cons:

Nothing! It was all fabulous.

Great location and value for money garden view rooms not recommended

Convenient location, tidy rooms and facilities

Cons:

The walls of the room felt like cardboard, we could hear the people in the apartment next to us. The corridor door was too loud and would jolt us out of our sleep. The hinting to do most of our housekeeping or face a cleaning fee was unexpected and not what we’d expect when paying for accommodation facilities such as this.

Pleasant stay for overnight visit to Queenstown.
Pros:

Good location. Free parking. Spotlessly clean. Would use again. Pleasant 10 min walk to town.

Cons:

Room had a locked access door to link to the neighboring apartment. We could hear our neighbors quite clearly, and I assume they could hear my loud snoring.
