Great view of QT, the lake and the remarkables. Ample parking. Unit well appointed with everything needed. Very comfortable beds!
Shower wasn't good
Safe. Parking availability. 10 minute walk to the city Center. Staff were ready friendly and tried to be accommodating.
A little dated. Constant water running noise which interrupted sleep. Certain areas in this repair such as: toilet flushing mechanism did not work properly, basin plug did not seal.
Even though somebody was sent to have a look there was no attempt to actually make repairs.
sealing attempts around the bath and shower were not very good and were unsightly.
Cleaning and vacuuming was only done once in the week that we were there which is unhygienic and disappointing.
Proximity to the town.
Very bright at night curtains very poor.
Misleading rooms not an apartment, ( no kitchen sink, stove top, couch etc... )
No Fan in bathroom and MOULD was present.
Zero Housekeeping fresh towels and tea, milk etc...
Expected to empty small bins, never had to do this in the passed.
Threated in welcome book charges would apply to things like this.
Customer service was poor. Rude and didn't feel welcome.
Also, we arrived slightly early around 30 minutes asked very politely if she could check if room was ready she did not at all. As we witness another couple arrive at the same time and get there room.

Wifi doesn’t work one day, there should be atleast one staff at night who can answer call and assist if guests need something
The lake view apartment is quite spacious and has everything you need in it. The fireplace keeps the unit warm
