Our room was exactly what we needed. Well equipped equipped, heated floors and a bath! The view was like something from a postcard.
The constant loud noise from the extractor fans throughout the apartments that are on 24/7. We bought ear plugs and it took the edge off the noise but if this is something that would really bother you then it's likely to ruin everything else that's good.

Our coffee and milk could of been topped up each day - espically when you are paying $465 a night.
Comfortable room with good bathroom facilities. Close to central Queenstown, although no view.
Not enough parking for everyone.
