Loved it!
Pros:

This was a beautiful apartment with gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. It was super clean and comfortable. Being a bit outside of downtown made it nice and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay and found Queenstown to be excessively overpriced in all experiences 🙄

Just ok, nothing special!
Pros:

Bed was ok, it had a small fridge and microwave, tea and coffee facilities. Had a shower over the bath. Room was average size, with table and chairs.
You would need to have a car to stay here.

Cons:

No sink to wash dishes, patio was not private, facing carpark. If you open the door at night for fresh air it was not secure. And car exhaust fumes enter room.
No view in this room at all, not many power points, as we had a CPAP. We had to get Ubers as we didn't have a car, no bus stop nearby.

Amazingly unforgettable
Pros:

Everything is fine, self check-in/out process is super easy so doesn’t matter how late you arrive, there’s no elevator but the stairs are not a big problem, while it’s an uphill climb on the way back from city centre, the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu makes it a pleasure.

Smooth self check-in and check-out. The room is modern and roomy, and it’s just a 15-minute walk to the town center.

Nice, modern apartments in a good location in central Queenstown

Comfortable, modern apartments in a good location (within walking distance of downtown Queenstown)

Cons:

The carparking is on a first-come-first-served basis and when we were there the parks were usually filled (it was high season) ... but there is overflow parking by reception, so we didn't have any problem.
