Such a beautiful apartment with the loveliest view. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom which is so luxurous.
One bedroom was seperate from the rest of the apartment. If you forget your key your are locked our from the rest which was a bit weird. But besides that I have no complains.
The room had easy access for those with mobility issues. It was easy to find.
The second room could hear the noise from the room next to it. The rooms were very compact. To get to the fridge you opened the cupboard one way and then the fridge the other way - this did not make things easy in a compact room. If the fridge was open you could not access the bathroom at the same time or sit with your legs off the bed.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and was well equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, television, and reverse cycle air conditioning. The king bed was particularly large and very comfortable.
The bathroom was modern, well maintained, and clean.
The room was located at the lower level, at the base of a staircase, and felt somewhat enclosed. This was largely as expected, given that it was offered at a lower rate compared to rooms with more desirable features such as lake views.
One aspect that did detract from the overall experience was the presence of a locked interconnecting door to the adjoining room. The sound insulation was inadequate, and a significant amount of noise carried through from neighbouring occupants, which was quite intrusive. As we were able to hear them clearly, it is reasonable to assume that sound transmission occurred in both directions. Despite this, I would consider staying at Highview Apartments on future visits to Queenstown.
The views were fabulous.

Having A washing machine - dryer for our 9 days was a win.
The walls could do with a good paint as you can see all the marks from scuff cleaning a was the 1st thing I noticed on entry.
Washing Machine a little noisy on spin cycle.
The staff were very attentive if you did have a problem and it was fixed that day.
Friendly reception staff, cleaning standard was high.
The fact that there wasn’t enough car spaces was the only negative for me

The room was very clean, the staff were nice, and the location was good.
The view, the large comfy beds, the location. Room was well equipped with all that was needed. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived.
Although it was mentioned, car parking could be difficult if arriving late, but for us there was no problem. Had we not been upgraded to a lake view room, our experience may not have been as good. The price of the room we had was quite high in comparison to the one we had booked.
nice pillows, clean rooms
the spare sliding door of the room was left unlocked, which I did not discover until well into my stay and that really freaked me out in the night, there are quiet hours, but they would not adhere to, and I could hear quite plainly through the walls, people arguing and slamming things around, I don't think the soundproofing is as good as other places I've stayed. The heater did not heat up my room well and I was quite cold, it's not winter yet.

We enjoyed how the room was heated and had music playing on entry! Felt very comforting. Proximity to Queenstown Central - lovely walk!
Rooms are tight but not unreasonable for the price!
The room is not soundproof at all. I can hear every little noise the next door made (like cutting with knife on the plate), and every words they said (they must on a honeymoon). Got waken up several times during the night.
Great location. Easy to walk to town, beautiful view of the harbor. Hot tub under the Remarkables was great!
The room was small but I was barely in it so it didn’t bother me at all. It was nice and dark to sleep. Bed was comfortable.

Very cramped. Reception desk was not very helpful or flexible. Although the property was close to the city centre, tha approach road involved a steep slope which was not evident at the time of booking.
