we only stayed here for one night, but we had an amazing time, the staff was super friendly and super helpful. my son had lost his wallet in the taxi that dropped us from he airport and one of the staff member managed to track down the taxi and retrieve my sons wallet. that was really amazing as they didn't need to go out of their way to assist us, but they did.

The water is dirty, and they told us the yellow water is due to maintenance. However, the issue was not resolved during our five-night stay. Additionally, there was no refund or compensation for not being able to shower.

The staff at The Stay Nişantaşı were truly wonderful—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They handled every request with warmth and made me feel very welcome.

Cons:

My only disappointment was the room itself. For a hotel positioned as more upscale, the Superior King room felt somewhat worn and lacked proper sound insulation. Noise carried so easily that I had to be moved after being woken up at 4 a.m. by guests talking in a nearby room. The second room I was given was smaller but in noticeably better condition.
