Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Generally described as spotless and well maintained by multiple guests, though one guest reported yellow/dirty water during maintenance and lack of resolution during a five-night stay.
Service
10
Staff repeatedly described as exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful (reception, housekeeping, bell, security); examples include retrieving a lost wallet and consistently accommodating guests.
Location
10
Multiple mentions of an excellent, central Nişantaşı location — close to shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and public transport; highlighted as a major positive.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms are generally fine but there are recurring issues: small bathrooms, some small/older beds and a rigid mattress; some rooms have blocked views and occasional noise from events below.
Amenities
8.8
Basic in-room amenities and high service level noted, but hotel lacks expected facilities for the price tier (no pool/spa/gym, limited lobby/entrance space).
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests felt the hotel is priced high for what is offered (standard rooms, limited facilities); value perception is diminished by expensive breakfast/restaurant options.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast and F&B are generally acceptable in quality, but some guests found breakfast repetitive and pricey compared with nearby cafés; buffet expectation vs set offerings noted.
Overall Experience
10
Overall very positive stays driven by excellent staff and prime location, with multiple guests indicating they would stay again despite some minor drawbacks.

great hotel, great location, horrible promotion by booking.com
Pros:

Great location, great hotel, wonderful staff.

Cons:

Be careful not to accept the promotion booking.com offers regarding taxi, it doesnt honor the promotion. It told me you had to book at least three days in advance and my logic of the promotion was offered according to the dates I entered fell to deaf ears.

Pros:

Excellent location, very safe and convenient

Cons:

Room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. We had a room with a balcony but you had to go up the stairs to get there and this isnt easy with baggage. The couple next door were quite loud - could hear their TV/converstaion etc through the walls. Also there is a gutter leak of water onto the balcony.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The staff were extremely kind and helpful from the moment we arrived, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay.
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the fresh cookies waiting for us on arrival were such a nice touch.
Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice, including several hot dishes. We actually tried all of the hot options during our stay, and every single one was very good.
The location is perfect, in a beautiful, upscale and very safe area of Istanbul, with lots of great restaurants, cafes and shopping nearby.
Everything was 10/10 for us and we would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I did not like our stay and wish we had stayed in a brand hotel which by the way would not have been that
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The lobby and the facilities were definitely not up to par with a 5 star hotel
The room and its ambience were not that impressive
