Exceptional staff and a perfect location made for a wonderful stay, though the overall value for money could be improved
Pros:

The staff were the highlight of my stay. Everyone—from the reception team and security to housekeeping, the breakfast staff, and the bell staff—was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They spoke excellent English and assisted with everything from directions and transportation to ordering food and medications. The hotel was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the ventilation and air quality were excellent, and the location in the heart of Nişantaşı was perfect.

Cons:

While the prime location justifies part of the premium price, I felt the overall value for money could be improved. The room was a standard room with a completely blocked view of an old building, and the hotel does not offer facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, or gym that would normally be expected at this price point. In addition, the breakfast and the hotel’s restaurant were quite expensive, especially considering the many excellent cafés and restaurants within walking distance that offer much better value.

Pros:

we only stayed here for one night, but we had an amazing time, the staff was super friendly and super helpful. my son had lost his wallet in the taxi that dropped us from he airport and one of the staff member managed to track down the taxi and retrieve my sons wallet. that was really amazing as they didn't need to go out of their way to assist us, but they did.

The water is dirty, and they told us the yellow water is due to maintenance. However, the issue was not resolved during our five-night stay. Additionally, there was no refund or compensation for not being able to shower.
