The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

The Westin Gurgaon hotel is well placed in the heart of city, not too far from airport neither from office locations. My stay at The Westin Hotel for four nights was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.

The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. Every interaction, whether at the front desk whether it would be with Pratibha Sharma or Vomita Verma, both of them were helpful, also each and every staff of housekeeping, or the restaurant, was professional and friendly. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and effortless.

The food was another highlight. The breakfast and dining options were excellent, with great quality and variety. It was clear that a lot of care goes into the preparation and presentation.

Cleanliness across the hotel was also impressive. The room, common areas, and dining spaces were consistently spotless and well maintained. The room itself was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Overall, my four-night stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. The combination of great service, excellent food, and high standards of cleanliness made it a truly enjoyable visit. I would gladly stay at The Westin again and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is new and the rooms are extremely clean and well-appointed. The staff were remarkable and ensured that each day's room cleaning was prompt and complete. Dined at EEST two nights, which was excellent with a diverse menu. The sushi was fresh and the Chinese dishes were also excellent. The gym has all the equipment needed for a solid workout and the overall grounds of the hotel were very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well looked after.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality at every meal. You can really tell that care goes into the preparation and presentation.

What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I stayed at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi from February 14–18, 2026 and would like to share both positive feedback and an important concern.
Accommodations & Service – Excellent

I stayed on the Executive Suite floor, and the room was outstanding. The suite was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered exceptional closet space, something I greatly value when traveling internationally. The bathroom was equally impressive, stocked with an abundance of amenities that made the stay comfortable and convenient.

From arrival to departure, the service standards were strong. The greeters, bell captains, and security team handled the screening process efficiently while maintaining professionalism and warmth. Check-in was seamless and well-organized. Laundry service was also EXCEPTIONAL — fast, reliable, and handled with care.

One of the highlights of my stay was a massage at the Heavenly Spa with Gita. Gita’s technique was truly exceptional. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of pressure application, muscle release, and overall body alignment. The massage was not only relaxing but deeply therapeutic. Gita is highly skilled and a significant asset to the spa team.

For the above, I would rate the property and room as a FIVE! However, I scored down my stay due to food safety concerns. My primary issue during this stay was the food experience.

Many dishes contained pork, which I am allergic to, and there was heavy use of spice across multiple offerings. As an international traveler not fully accustomed to local cuisine profiles, I found it difficult to identify mild, non-spiced, or clearly allergen-safe options. Even when asked for mild or no-spice, the dishes came with heavy spice. This provided health challenges!

Unfortunately, after eating breakfast at the hotel restaurant, I became very ill, which disrupted two full days of my stay. This was deeply disappointing and concerning.

I believe this property has an opportunity to: Improve allergen transparency and labeling, Offer clearer guidance for international guests unfamiliar with regional cuisine, Provide more mild, non-spiced options, and Review food safety and quality control processes.

Guests should be able to dine without fear of illness or uncertainty regarding ingredients. Unfortunately, this is not my first food safety incident at this hotel. It has happened during every stay.

Overall, the hotel excels in accommodations, service, and spa quality. With stronger oversight and consideration in food and beverage operations, the experience would align fully with the high standards expected of a luxury property.

It’s been nice hotel, nice and clean rooms and amazing vibe. They got nice restaurants where they serve variety of delicacies.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel in January with my wife and had an excellent experience. The hotel offers airport transportation for a fee, and a car was waiting for us upon arrival, which made the transfer very convenient. The property itself is a massive and impressive structure in Gurgaon, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed.

The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The main breakfast restaurant deserves special mention for its extensive selection of cuisines and high quality of food. Most of all, it was the staff who truly made the difference — they were consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to make our stay pleasant.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to stay near the Delhi airport.

We spent one night at the Westin Gurgaon after arriving from Europe. Great location about 20-30 min from the airport (depending on traffic). Rooms are spacious, bed VERY comfortable. Great pillows. We booked a dinner, bed and breakfast rate which was excellently value for money.

The absolute highlight though was the breakfast and dinner buffet. An amazing spread, but the best was the service we received from Chandan, one of the restaurants team leaders. Chandon was amazing: he was so customer focused, made us feel so welcome and turned a wonderful buffet into an amazing experience. Thank you so much. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated, customer-focused employee.

We stayed at the Westin for 9 nights, and rang in the New Year in India. The hotel is fantatsic and the staff is great. The conceirage team that arranged cars for us, the drivers (Deen especially), the housekeeping team on the 7th floor and their manager (an amazing woman who recognized me from my prior stays there), and the front desk staff was professional, knowlegable, and absolutely helpful.

The breakfast at Seasons was great and Chef Gilbert is a treasure. Stopped by to ask my 20 year olds if they were appreciating the food, and if there was something they specifically wanted. The selection is seasons is wide, tasty, and generally continental, Indian, and Chinese.

I will return. It was areally good stay. Kudos to the staff and professionals at the Westin.

Absolutely loved our December 2025 staycation at The Westin Gurgaon. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We really enjoyed all the meals, and the warmth and efficiency of the team made the stay even more special. A special mention to the Club Lounge team-Priya Priyadarshini, Pushkar Raj, Gilbert, and Aakash, for their outstanding hospitality. Kudos to the team and keep going strong!

We spent New Year’s Eve at The Westin Gurgaon, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The package clearly included champagne with a private butler, which never happened.
Being charged for basic in-room requests like ice was surprising for a five-star hotel. The food quality and snack offerings were very average, and there were no basic munchies on the tables during the long sit-down evening. Bar service was also slow, likely due to limited staff.
The only positive aspect was the Sufi band, which was genuinely good. Overall, the experience did not live up to the standards expected from the Westin brand.

The worst check-in experience ever. They kept me waiting for 2 hours. I have been to numerous properties across globe but this doesn’t deserve a five star. The front desk was useless and gave me a Smoking room.
Even on next day main entrance was so unmanaged that it took me 20 minutes to enter due to an event.
They even removed my details from Marriott Bonvoy app so I can’t give my reviews

We spent 2 days at Westin Delhi.
All the experience was amazing: Staff, room, gym, breakfast and, above all the nye dinner at sunset story

I have been staying here from August through December and the staff has been treating me like family. They have introduced me to local dishes at the restaurant. The cleaning staff are always available and friendly. The management is very helpful and involved with all matters regarding the stay, Would recommend this location every time. The spa is nice and always ready to go.

I booked 2 night in December, left the hotel first day due to unprofessional approach from the front office team . I requested hard bed/ medical during booking , they said after checking , we were waiting for you to change the bed .

I paid around 20k for 1 night , received uncleared , not well maintained room . See the attached pics.

I’m a frequent traveler and my bonvoy loyalty is platinum . If they are treating their platinum loyalty member in this way , don’t expect any professionalism and good service from them.

This is my second visit and the staff continues to excel in the level of service, quality of food, facilities and safety. Their attention to all the details, even as little as my preferred beverage, exceeds all expectations. Chanadan, Chef Gilbert, Chef Ankit and Sonu always made sure my my dietary needs were met with amazing local food options. Sweety and the house staff had my room impeccable with all the comfort needed during my stay. Ankit and the concierge/bell staff were always attentive to my transportation and bag handling, Kajal and Kamlesh were the highlight of my arrivals and departures with their smiles, greetings and commitment to safety and security. Overall the experience is great some small small improvements still required to give guests even better experience. In the restaurant Ground floor Chanda, Karan, an Jagdish surprisd me with See You Soon Cake. It was so touchy and so personal. Hope you keep amazing other guests too with similar services
