Ich habe meinen Sohn und meine Schwiegertochter aus Deutschland für einen Urlaub nach Istanbul geschickt. Zuvor war bereits mein anderer Sohn dort zu Gast. Wie schon beim letzten Mal haben auch sie den Service mit Bestnoten bewertet.
Die folgenden Worte stammen direkt von meinen Kindern und meiner Schwiegertochter, die alle Anfang dreißig sind:
„Das Hotel ist einfach hervorragend. Das Personal ist großartig, der Service ausgezeichnet. Sauberkeit und Hygiene sind auf höchstem Niveau. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams sind außergewöhnlich.
Wir möchten uns bei allen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern des Hotels herzlich bedanken und jedem Einzelnen zu seiner hervorragenden Arbeit gratulieren. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Ali für seine außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft.

Excellent Location & View
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to the old town area and Galata tower but away from the crowds, close to ferry port, metro, bus and tram stops if needed, beautiful coastal way and view to see the other side. Amazing far reaching view from the restaurant and from our room with panoroma view. Staff have been nice and helpful. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

The size of the room and facilities are not great but ok, the single bed and bedding of the twin setting is small, the main issue is the very poor sound proof, for the price paid even with a premium view, we would have expected better.

Ya habia estado la semana anterior, es muy biena ubicación y tiene un restaurante con vista a lo mejor de Estambul

Cons:

Que en esta segunda vez no me incluyeron desayuno, raro porque reserve por booking de la misma manera, quizás habia mas de una opción.

Pros:

View from the restaurant. Solid breakfast.

Cons:

The old windows were not closing properly, thus it was colder inside that it could be and there was a bad sound isolation. During the summer times it will be a less important factor.

Hôtel pratique avec bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Proximité avec la vieille ville (possibilité de tout faire à pied), petit déjeuner buffet bon avec une vue incroyable, restaurant du soir excellent

Cons:

Première chambre côté route très bruyante (impossible de dormir), le manager nous a changé de chambre dès le lendemain (encore merci à lui)

Onbeleefd personeel !!
Pros:

Het Ontbijt was zeer goed en locatie waar ontbijt werd gehouden. Boven op het hotel met prachtig uitzicht over hele Istanbul en vooral het water. Dit moet ik toegeven, het was prachtig.
En wat we nog beviel waren de bedden. Heel comfortabel.

Cons:

Waar zal ik beginnen !! Vooral nacht medewerker was verschrikkelijk, heel onbeleefd en asociaal. Hij heeft ons zelf uitgescholden. Hij wist niet dat ik beetje Turks taal kende, vandaar dat ik wist dat het uitschelden was. Wat een verschrikkelijk vent. Hierdoor kregen we woordenwisseling. Ik vroeg wat zijn naam was, omdat hij geen naamplaatje droeg in de nacht. Bij het aankomen groette hij zelfs niet. Ik heb formulier in Hotel ingevuld hoe ik hierover denk. Ben benieuwd of ze gaan vragen wat er gebeurt is. En aan een andere heb ik gevraagd om Taxi te bellen voor ons, maar hij zei je kan zelf op straat eentje aanhouden en vragen waar je naar toe wilt. van een 4 sterren hotel had ik meer hulp verwacht. Dit is naar mijn mening geen 4 sterren hotel, absoluut niet. Ik zou zeggen tussen 2 en 3 sterren. Medewerkers aan de balie beneden zijn niet echt klant gericht. Medewerkers op het dakterras en ontbijt zijn heel heel lief, omgekeerd wereld.
Ik moet wel toegeven, de manager Ali ons goed geholpen heeft met andere kamer, wegens extra persoon bij boeken. Was niet gepland.
Waarom zeg ik geen 4 sterren hotel : interieur is heel oud en de kamers zijn best klein. Alles is wel functioneel.
