experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful. The room we were given was in unacceptable condition—it had a strong unpleasant odor, felt old, and was not suitable for my family. When I raised these concerns and asked for a reasonable solution, the staff did not handle the situation professionally.

Instead of providing an acceptable room at no additional cost, I was told I had to pay 300 euro extra for a different room. The only alternative offered did not meet my family’s needs, especially since we were traveling with small children. When I explained that the accommodation was not acceptable and requested a refund, the staff became aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Because of the condition of the room and the way we were treated, we had no choice but to leave the hotel and book another place to stay. Despite failing to provide suitable accommodation, the hotel kept payment for all four nights, which I believe is completely unfair.

I would not recommend this hotel. A clean, suitable room and respectful customer service are basic expectations. Instead, we experienced poor accommodation, aggressive behavior, and a complete lack of willingness to resolve the issue fairly.

Vista panoramica meravigliosa su Corno d'Oro, ponte di Galata è tutta Istanbul. Ogni giorno a colazione! E anche di sera, con le luci della città. Zona vivace la sera. Buoni trasporti. Staff gentile.

Cons:

Ascensore piccolino, per due. Colazione buona ma poco variata di giorno in giorno. Aria condizionata buona, ma migliorabile.

لا يتناسب مع ذوق العوائل الخليجية.
Pros:

موقع الفندق مطل على البسفور، وقربه من معالم شهيرة مثل Galata Tower و GalataPort ومنطقة تقسيم.
الفطور لذيذة والجلسات والاطلالة بانورامية مع البسفور.

Cons:

ضيق الغرف والحمام، الاسرة والمخدات مهترئة وغير مريحة، المكيف بالكاد يبرد، وجود روائح كريهة تخرج من الحمام حتى تستيقظ من نومك من قوة الرائحة.
المصعد ضيق جدًا يكفي 3 اشخاص.

I feel it is important to warn anyone considering staying at this hotel.

My family and I checked in, but we left in less than 20 minutes. The family connecting room that I had originally booked and prepaid for was extremely dirty, had a strong unpleasant smell, and was completely unsuitable for a family with small children.

When I asked if they could move us to another family connecting room, I was told I would have to pay an additional €300. I explained that paying extra was not the issue—we specifically needed a connecting family room because we were traveling with young children. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, the staff became aggressive. They told me, “What did you expect?” and insisted that I had already seen the room before booking.

Since they could not provide a clean, suitable room that matched the reservation I had paid for, I decided it was best for my family to leave. I was then told that I would not receive a single euro of the money I had prepaid for our four-night stay.

The way the situation was handled and the staff’s aggressive behavior made my family feel uncomfortable and unsafe. For our safety and peace of mind, we felt we had no choice but to leave the property immediately.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has ever had. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to families with young children

Pros:

Наверное, не у многих отелей в Стамбуле есть такой вид на завтраке с верхнего этажа, красивейшее начало дня.
Очень выгодное расположение: метро, набережная, мост в азиатскую часть к Айя-Софии, пристань с пароходиками для прогулок по Босфору или до Принцевых островов, Галатская башня, улица Истикляль всё в пешей доступности.
Зря пишут, что завтрак скудный, выбора на завтраке более чем достаточно, чтобы зарядиться на прекрасный день для исследования города.

Cons:

Свет в ванной включался не сразу и душевая лейка плохо держалась, но я это пережила.
