Very nice hotel - terrible transfer service

I liked pretty much everything, compact room but everything works fine, the view from the window is simply unmatched!

Cons:

So here is where I had an issue: the hotel sent me a message asking if I wanted to book a private “VIP” transfer from IST airport. Since my flight arrived past metro closing time, I said yes. The so-called VIP transfer company was the worst I’d ever seen in my life. They made me wait at the meeting point for 40 minutes until they had about 20 people gather up, after which we had to be stuffed in a small elevator to go to some sketchy garage, and the car wasn’t even there yet, so everyone had to wait even longer! The driver was texting the whole way while driving at 45 km/h and it took forever!
I know hotel is not personally responsible for the ride but since they advertise their services, it reflects very poorly on their business

Pros:

Beste Lage um Istanbul zu erkunden
Metro Stationen in wenigen Minuten beidseitig zu erreichen
Alternativ auch Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel
Selbst die älteste u-Bahn der Welt „TÜNEL“ ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht - auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Хорошо, даже превзошло наши ожидания.
Pros:

Номер соответствует описанию, порадовал вид из окна на залив, отопление работало исправно, чисто, каждый день добавляли бутылочки воды, есть все, что необходимо. Очень удобные матрасы и подушки, хорошее постельное белье. Рядом с метро, автобусной остановкой, фуникулер до Истикляль, крупная транспортная развязка, порт, можно уехать быстро в любом направлении. Рядом много ресторанов. Можно гулять допоздна, напротив в парке пункт охраны, даже ночью.

Cons:

Нечего сказать по этому поводу.

solo para dormir con un espacio justisimo y desayunar, no hay para más.
