I stayed very comfortable and had a nice place.

Helpful staff, big comfortable room with sofa, excellent views from the window. The location was right for what we wanted - a short overnight stay between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef. The restaurant was adequate but not outstanding. They were plenty of facilities if you were there for a longer stay.

Food from the attached restaurant is hospital cafeteria food. We paid extra for the breakfast voucher $10, to get $5 off menu items. Apparently the voucher is only for one meal that is not on the menu. Two ham and cheese omelettes, both burnt, both had one craft single as the cheese. Both had uncooked hash browns. Side of sausage ordered was inedible. $50 with voucher to throw most of the food away. Both hotel and restaurant staff were unhelpful at getting edible food. Restaurant told my wife she wasn't allowed to eat in the hotel room, when it's a pet friendly hotel and we had our dog. My wife had to argue with the staff to get a to go meal when they had all the packaging and everything needed for a to go order readily available. We stayed previously and loved the property but will never stay there again. It appears there is new staff/ownership/management and customer service is not a priority.

great location, pool, and serene views! the room we stayed in had a great big tub. we could see the stars and the milky way from our room window! the yoga room was lovely. free coffee bar at all times. great AC. beautiful rock garden. felt very peaceful to just look out the window.
for the price we paid per night, things in the room were a bit off when compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in the same price point. the plastic shower was creaking as if it sounded like it would crack. wallpaper was peeling in some spots. the floorboards were coming up in areas. refrigerator was very loud at times. one of the window coverings was broken.
Very comfortable bed. Very clean. 24hr coffee bar and tea bar with flavored creamers. Pool. Outside had beautiful view of mountains and ranch with cows and a horse named Whiskey. Nice outside sitting area with star deck, fire pit and loaner blankets to keep you warm on cold nights. Restaurant attached. Older hotel but good value. Plus staff was very friendly.
