I didn’t stay I had pre paid and when I got there was asked to pay $200 more for a deposit which I didn’t have I was treated badly and I asked for a refund since they wouldn’t let us stay the staff were very rude and turned us away…, she raised her voice stating that there were strict policies she had to follow and enforce.
Location was excellent and the pool was great!
The breakfast was not that great.
The indoor pool was cold. We really couldn’t enjoy swimming.
Fire Alarm went off at 6a.m.
That the house keepers clean the room every other day. We had to take the trash to throw away at another area meaning a store and had to keep bothering the front desk for things.

Pool was closed and we didn't know till we got there but that was one of our main reasons for booking this hotel, the hot tub and indoor pool. My room had a musky smell even after we put the ac on, I always take air freshener but it just covered up the smell for a little bit. We washed some items but the water started coming out if the bottom, the glass window was broken to the wash room also so we just put our hand to open the door. First day getting breakfast and it was around 845 and there was no eggs. Our bathroom light was flickering. It just seemed run down from the last time we stayed. We will be looking for a different hotel next time we go
The location was perfect for all we wanted to do in Ft. Worth.
We were specifically looking for a hotel with an indoor pool for my grandson. Two of the three days we were there the pool was closed for “sanitary” reasons, but the day the pool was open, the hot tub was dirty. Also, although the pool was indoors, it was not located within the hotel building. You had to walk outside and pass the rear parking lot to get to the pool building.
I liked the bed
I did not like the "very low" toilet. I did not like the coffee maker. The bathroom was too small. I did not like the tub; there should not be a tub in the bathroom. All facilities should be required to have a walk-in shower. The whole place was very dated, and the pool was not available. This place was just not worth the money.
