was in a great Location, near most of the places i was planning on visiting
Hotel clerk had a little attitude when i had arrived, Their were roaches in my room and bathroom
Property was overall nice & great location.
Hotel room needed to be cleaned better, beds were made but the toilet was not cleaned, there were marks left inside like someone had just cleaned the toilet. There was splatters on the lamp shade that needed to be cleaned…
There was a bunch of hair behind the mattress/headboard.
It was a good stay. we loved the pool and hot tub and the room was nice and clean and roomy for my family. it was close to the zoo and was nice to hang out and watch tv.
we werent able to take breakfast to the room which wasnt acceptional due to me having little kids. so we didnt end up trying breakfast. the coffee was very good though.
Location was great. Staff was very accommodating.
There was only one elevator, and that is my only complaint

Room smelled mildewy and the AC was not on. Another guest was at the front desk with a bloody pillowcase that was left when they checked in their room and that freaked out my kids.
