I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire hotel staff. Despite the incredibly difficult situation that everyone was facing (Conflict February 28th 2026), they never stopped making us feel welcomed, supported, listened to, and completely comfortable.

Even though the situation outside the hotel, in the country, was extremely tense, inside the hotel we always felt safe and cared for. The staff showed extraordinary patience and truly did everything they could to make our stay as peaceful as possible during such a delicate moment.

They worked extra hours and made constant efforts to coordinate with airlines and follow government directives regarding guests who were stranded in Doha due to the closure of air traffic. Their organization, precision, availability, and support were constant, 24 hours a day.

The breakfasts and dinners were incredibly generous and delicious, room service was impeccable, and the rooms were always perfectly clean. They even took care of our safety when, due to external alerts, we had to move to the underground parking area.

In such a difficult and sensitive situation, they remained both highly professional and deeply empathetic. I truly felt treated with kindness and care, and they helped me feel calmer and more at ease despite the chaos caused by the geopolitical situation at the time.

I sincerely hope I will have the opportunity to return one day, because every single person working there deserves the highest appreciation. Thank you for everything. ❤️🙏🏻

During this unprecedented time of tension in the region ( war) , the hotel staff has been outstanding in supporting and accommodating passengers stranded in Qatar.
I would like to especially thank May from the room cleaning service. She has been incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, always doing her best to make us feel comfortable during a stressful time.
I would also like to recognize Ernesto, the Cuban waiter at the restaurant, who has been extremely helpful to Spanish-speaking guests, assisting with requests and always providing warm and attentive service.

Wonderful hotel close to the airport. Very polite and caring staff. Spotless clean room with all amenities. We had a fantastic night sleep in very luxurious cotton sheets. Great International Buffet on site. Loved everything.

This hotel is beautiful and clean. No problems at all - everything was actually perfect - we slept really good here. I will make this my regular place to stay.

We were staying only for one night becausof longer time to connecting flight, but it was a nice experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, near to airport, the staff is polite and helpful, wish to stay longer next time.

Easy to reach from the airport and well connected with the city. Very friendly staff and a 5star breakfast buffet.

My son and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha over Christmas and New Year's 2025. A beautiful hotel with a lot of class. Very tastefully decorated and inviting. We received a very friendly welcome at check-in, and the room was exactly what I had envisioned, as I use crutches and require a certain level of comfort. Because of our long journey, they even took care of our meals. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved and to all the special people who made our stay so enjoyable. It was truly wonderful. The room was very clean, there were plenty of drinks available, and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, and the hotel manager himself looked after us, remembering our eating and drinking habits. Even room service ensured our daily well-being. Our special thanks, however, goes to the entire team at the pool. The incredibly friendly ladies at the SPA escorted us directly to the pool. They helped us every day, reserved loungers, provided towels, and generally made sure that my son and I were comfortable. A huge thank you to Messrs. Deo, Gayan, Amir, and Valentino. The team made our stay an unforgettable and wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

the room is so clean and comfortable, were here for 4days but they give us an excellent service from the day one and they give us their best hospitality, and specially thank you for nana for taking care of our room if we need something

Basic to hotels is that you get to sleep. Unfortunately, some employees knocked on my door at 2 am and called me on the hotel phone at 2:30 am to ask if there were females in my room. I didn't have females in my room. I was trying to get some sleep since I had an early flight and I get a headache if I don't get enough sleep.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is located in a very central area making it convenient to go anywhere. The rooms were nice and clean

We’re currently staying at the hotel for an extended period as we’re moving to the country. The staff has been very welcoming and nice, especially to my wife and small child who spends majority of their day in the hotel when I’m working. The room has also been excellent and one of the staff, Abel, in particular has been very kind and provides an amazing room service to ensure that the room is always clean for our small child to play in.
