Cons:

Staff couldn’t provide milk for the tea and coffee in the room and said that the bar and restaurant didn’t have any to spare. The drinks were expensive.

Globalement, bon séjour qui n'était pas le premier.
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner hormis le café. Bon dîner. Salle un peu impersonnelle, parfois bruyante. Accueil en salle agréable et souriant. Chambre agréable et spacieuse. WC non séparé de la salle de bain un peu petite, vue la taille de la suite.
Personnel agréable et disponible.

Cet hôtel semble comme neuf. Très propre. Bien situé non loin de l'autoroute. Très calme. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Cons:

Une ou deux bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre auraient été un plus.

La qualité culinaire du restaurant, repas du soir, menu 39, on a rien aimé du tout, c’est sur que si on revient, ce ne sera pas pour le restaurant …

Il y a des détails qui manquent et que je suis habitué à voir dans un 3 ou meme 2 étoiles : prise électrique près du lit par exemple. Ici il n'y a pas assez de prises. Obligé de débrancher la télé ou la lampe de bureau pour charger mon téléphone. Chambre tres froide en hiver. Heureusement on m'a gentiment apporté un radiateur d'appoint. Aussi une ampoule cassé dans la chambre du coups assez sombre un "froid".
Petit déjeuner OK.. mais encore j'ai parfois vu lieu dans un 3 étoiles

Cet hôtel est complet avec de très bons services, piscine, espaces de bien-être, des chambres spacieuses bien équipées et très propres.Un excellent restaurant. Un grand parking sécurisé et situation géographique idéale.
Je n'oublie l'accueil et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel. Merci
