Lors de mon arrivée à l'hôtel, dès le premier soir, j'ai signalé à la réception que, pour des raisons personnelles, je ne pourrais pas occuper la deuxième nuit de ma réservation. Il m'a alors été immédiatement indiqué qu'aucun remboursement ne pouvait être envisagé, les conditions de réservation via Booking imposant un préavis minimum de 48 heures.
Je constate par ailleurs que ni l'hôtel ni Booking n'ont souhaité accorder le moindre geste commercial dans cette situation.
Je le regrette et j'en prends bonne note pour l'avenir.

This is a great place to stay if you need EV/Tesla charging, and you don’t want the hassle of driving into Nantes. Pool was great, restaurant serves really good food and all staff were really friendly.
The bar area decor was a bit tired. But not a major issue.

Petit dejeuner est moyen, cette hôtel est pour des groupes, donc service à la clientèle n’est pas à l’ hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. L’endroit est très loin de tout!

La douche avec un rideau (au lieu d'une paroi), la qualité des oreillers manque un coffre

Accueil d'une personne du personnel peu accueillante, zéro empathie, limite désagréable. Aurais pu nous préciser plutôt comment accéder au parking le soir heureusement nous avons trouvé tout seul Je ne généralise pas car le soir les personnes étaient charmantes
