Séjour au Westotel lors d'un séjour à Noël sous la neige.
Pros:

Personnel d'accueil à l'écoute.

Cons:

Problème de chauffage dans la chambre (réglé par un radiateur annexe).
Mais les radiateurs dans la salle de bains étaient brûlants ce qui a occasionné des brûlures sur la peau, par suite d'un mauvais mouvement.

Je suis déçue de na pas avoir eu a disposition un peignoir dans la chambre afin de faire un sauna nous avions apporte notre maillot mais nous n'avons pas été. Et de plus on nous prend une caution de 150€ et je ne sais pas pour quel motif?

Pros:

Very nice hotel. convenient if you don't want to stay downtown and avoid trafic. Very nice staff, and excellent restaurant for business dinner.
